I was in a fucking foul mood already today and someone on Facebook as fucked me off even more. Surprising as I only have actual friends on there and delete or hide anyone spouting shite so it's generally a safe place.

Don't think my authority has communicated yet. Is it Councils or schools ? Yep, you'd think a teacher might know the answer but naw.

I can't even see how a half day would work.

Can we take a guess, half-day in lessons then the kids will, faff around on the way home or spend the afternoon in the nearest park, getting up to who knows what?
My 13 year old self would hardly have gone straight home to sign on to afternoon online lessons.

But there won't be any/many online afternoon lessons, as their teachers will be teaching other children in school.

Schools have had no increased risk of Covid with no 2m rule. And we have a vaccine.
