@DeepfriedPizza ooh, my dd would
love that! good idea although our closest store is in the next local authority...

StatisticallyChallenged · 17/02/2021 18:20

I'm a sceptic too

ssd · 17/02/2021 18:23

I'm the referee

Interesting as doing the Myers Briggs test I'm the advocate

Seems similar

anon444877 · 17/02/2021 18:27

Sceptic, that seems right!

WaxOnFeckOff · 17/02/2021 18:52

Rebel (without a clue) for me.

WouldBeGood · 17/02/2021 19:13

Any other rebels now singing Jesse James by Cher?

Referee which I suppose is about right, if boring, but I am fairly neutral. Though that seems to manifest itself in disliking everything and everyone equally these days.

WaxOnFeckOff · 17/02/2021 19:19

It's got so bad that I'd even settle for seeing people I dislike, just to look at a different face that isn't on a screen.

Callisto1 · 17/02/2021 19:23

Referee also. Which is funny because I come from a place where only mugs follow rules and I dislike Daenerys Targaryan. Bleurgh! Smile

anon444877 · 17/02/2021 19:23

I hate parties, but now I can't have them, I'd like the option - truly bizarre!

OldRailer · 17/02/2021 19:23

Same here. I'm planning a party. Hate the things.

anon444877 · 17/02/2021 19:26

We may need to remind ourselves how bad they are!

StatisticallyChallenged · 17/02/2021 19:27

Same here. I want to have a housewarming! Our nice decor is going to be trashed by toddler before anyone can see it!

WouldBeGood · 17/02/2021 19:29

So, we’re having parties we don’t like, with people we don’t like..? 😂

Then we can rail against the parties and the guests!

I couldn't complete the survey because I got irrationally annoyed by the first few questions (eg - how effective are the measures (eg lockdown, masks, social distancing) on a scale of 1-100 - well, some are quite effective, some are not effective at all...which would you like to know my opinion on?!). I liked the chicken-dog though.

I hate parties too, and have no intention of checking to see whether that is still the case.

anon444877 · 17/02/2021 19:31

Sensible plan! Toddlers, pets, they are the enemy of a nice interior.

anon444877 · 17/02/2021 19:32

Oooh not that irritated me too!

OldRailer · 17/02/2021 19:35

It's like the lab rats who choose electric shock over nothing.

StatisticallyChallenged · 17/02/2021 19:37

Ha yes, house came with a fairly deep pile carpet in most rooms. It's generic greige. We looked at it and said "give it a year before the cats have trashed the stairs". They're not particularly scratchy cats but long stair carpet was always going to be disastrous. And pale pink walls plus grubby handed toddler...well

StatisticallyChallenged · 17/02/2021 19:38

🤣🤣 sounds right, i feel like a fricking lab rat just now

Grin Maybe I'd have ended up the same as you, then!

I'm feeling an electric shock may be the most fun I'm going to get in the next few months. Where can I sign up?

WaxOnFeckOff · 17/02/2021 19:47

Not that I want to distract, but from another thread, Parliament have voted for them to have to release the Education review paper before the election. Would have bets on what is going to happen but I think odds on favourite is to drag heels and delay and be forced to court and fight it and then tax payer shell out for costs. then it's released (after the election) and they say we'll do better next time and it'll all go away... That's if they get in of course...

StatisticallyChallenged · 17/02/2021 20:02

It's almost like you've seen them do this before @WaxOnFeckOff...do you think they'll maybe redact entire pages too?

NotAnActualSheep · 17/02/2021 20:02

Oooooh - interesting. Theres also been a vote of no confidence or similar in the SQA/ Education Scotland. I wonder if the tide is turning a bit? Though I think you're right in that they will still try to delay it til after May.

I almost added that half of it would be redacted but didn't want to go too far! :o

I think they need pushed on this every single day until it's released.
