I’ve started this as I’m feeling scared and fed up with increasing restrictions despite vaccines. I feel that what should be a more positive time is instead bringing more and more doom.

I want the simple pleasures of life back, as well as all the big stuff.

Ahh chocolate and sweets is what got me through lockdown 1. I'm trying to go easy this time since I've put on too much weight and have no time to exercise unless I go for night walks.
I forgot about pancake day until I read MN yesterday. Will have to wait until I manage to go shopping again. Kids said it doesn't count without chocolate....

I’m giving up meeting friends for lunch, sending my kids to school and going for a swim... oh, wait a second 🤷‍♀️

And thank you @Dinosauratemydaffodils for the heads up about the 2 year review. If it's only 5 min I won't bother too much with the questions. I am so fed up with trying to motivate children to do stuff they don't wanna.

I’m just back from the dentist and can’t feel mist of my face, which is drooping on one side, or speak properly.

Today I’m quite glad I’m not allowed out to see people!
