Having a downer after watching Grey's anatomy and the doctor chap actually telling his wife he'd slept with Izzy. Reminds me of the crapness of my H who couldn't even do that and lied to me about being blackmailed by police to hide what he was doing last year among other stories and even now still hasn't been entirely honest with me about anything.

Hi Tea, don't worry about the tv. I think the younger they are the more they like to watch it but as they get older they move on to other stuff. Anyway, if it kept your dc's happy while you were going through the trauma of separation, that's good. Don't beat yourself up, they could be doing a lot worse & a lot of the stuff for younger dc's is v educational now.

Had a good day today. Coffee with friend. Dash back to shop for stuff I had to leave behind yesterday. Expected everything to be back on shelves as it was a big department store but saw the same lady from yesterday at till so decided to ask her first. She laughed & said "I kept it all here, I knew you'd be back". Am I that obvious lol! Went out tonight and hair being done tomorrow, so all going well..........

Tea, cbeebies & Sesame street are both v educational so I wouldn't worry about it. Once they get some outdoor fun aswell, all's good, give yourself a break when you need & switch it on .

Bloody phone think it may be the end very sad ......and expensive......looking into celtic art re tattoo ....serpent seems the way to go various designs ...symbolises rebirth,regeneration thru sheddind its skin def empowerment symbol will link when i find something suitable ...arm or shoulder do you think ?

Tea, my little girl learned sign language from Cbeebies/Mr Tumble so it can't be that bad!

Dutchy,Rescue remedies ,crystals , appropriate spa treatment,lots of fresh air and getting down and dirty with your new man will all help you sleep.Maybe try and do as many as you can at the same time......
