Once a week and we are chuffed.

We do it 5 times a week (ish)

It wasn't that often when DD was a tiny baby, but now its usually 5 times a week, never less than 4.

Everybody is different though!

There are as many beliefs as to what is enough as there are people. What matters is your own relationship and the expectations within it, whether they are reasonable and how you deal with any difference in expectations.

2 or 3 times a week (although DH likes to pretend its only once a week, in order to prove his claim that he is the most sex-starved man on the planet ).

One thing's for sure, the more you have the better it's likely to be.
Apparently out of every 10 sessions, 2 will be mind blowing, 6 will be good and 2 will make you wonder why you bothered .

And sex gets better and better when you're over 40, something for the younger ladies to look forward to.

3/4 times a week keeps a smile on my face, anything more is a bonus.

Bloody hell, DP hasn't had any for nearly a month ... I'm in the first trimester of pregnancy and when I'm not drooling and nauseous I'm asleep. He'll have forgotten what to do with it before my libido returns!

I don't think its normal to do it 3 x a week.
One of the mums in the playground said she had to every 2 days = 3/4 times a week. sounded like she was expected to, rather than wanted to.
and everyone was shocked/horrified/ thinking god thtas alot more than us !!

40 times in a week? DH would be a dessicated husk on the floor!

We did manage 3 times a day on holiday last summer though.

Most of the 40 something ladies on here seem to agree that sex just keeps getting better with age, it's probably compensation for having your body ravaged by babies.

3 times on average. Sometimes more. Rarely less. DH and I can have a satisfying shag in 10-15 minutes so it doesn't take lots of time.

totally knackered most days /nights plus DS creeps in bed all the time ......and DD has regular night terrors ....so its not top of the list ...
