As I said, not really sure how to put it! Was going to name change but what the hell... I've not always been like this (I don't think) but I don't particularly like all the 'ickiness' of sex! By that I really mean when DH comes- I never go down on him anymore after nearly puking at the taste of it, I don't like the smell of it, the feel of it or the smell or thought of oral sex. (I love receiving it though which probably makes me the world's most selfish lover!). And most often after having sex I have to go and wash my hands, is that normal?!

I feel like I can't let go and I'm worried DH will feel put out at the lack of adventure he's getting! I've had 2 DC's (youngest 6 months) so that might be a factor?

Anyone else like this or am I a freak?! Any hints to help me get back into it all? I enjoy sex once we get going but I'm usually too tired (surprise surprise), maybe things will get better once DS2 sleeps better.

I think there is almost definitely a correlation between babies/dealing with bodily emissions and going off man juice.

I am also a disliker of bodily fluids with historic OCD tendencies. I used to 'hand wash' as a pre-teen and still have issues with touching toothpaste, toothbrushes and milk for some unknown reason. These things require me to wash hands almost instantly after touching. stuff like money or anything that makes my skin smell or feel funny bothers me.

During sex I don't care much about the muckiness but I think I have forced myself to overcome any sex and mess hang ups.

I am not that keen on saliva or semen but I love sex too much to allow the fact to get in the way.

I reckon it is OCD-like and the 'cure' is to make sex matter more than the cleanliness in your head. For example, in a new relationship would you worry less about these things, thus in your comfy-just-had-a-baby-relationship the OCD stuff (however mild) has a chance to take over because the relationship can take it iyswim (probably not)!

A bath of semen? Now that I would like to see , well , not really.

My DH has an aversion to semen when faced with a sample pot!
