To be honest, I don't know the total number. I think it's around 30 or 35, though can't say with any certainty. But also, I supposed you'd need to define 'lover' - for me, fumbling around with someone impotent, having it slip in and then fall out again, doesn't really count in my book!

ABetaDad, why the for one? Why do people feel that the number matters? For the record, I have had quite a few more partners than my DH - none of them count anymore, because the loving sex I have with him far outweighs any pleasures remembered from the others.
