why are you so sickened?

Majeika · 17/11/2008 18:26

how odd

KatieScarlett2833 · 17/11/2008 18:27

Sorry, what's the big deal? Is self-love banned in your house?

poppy34 · 17/11/2008 18:27

sorry didnt mean to sound so blunt but what is it about the situation that has made you so embarassed -dp is dd's father I assume so you've been together a while, been through childbirth etc and are not in new relationship phase?

TheArmadillo · 17/11/2008 18:28

i feel unwanted, and im a very insecure person! im so down its unbearable!

OP posts:
PeaMcLean · 17/11/2008 18:28

I'd just make sure he did the laundry.

poppy34 · 17/11/2008 18:28

plus he was cleaning up.. I can understand if you were sickened if he hadn't and you'd got back into bed..

MarmadukeScarlet · 17/11/2008 18:28

I'd be more irritated about the extra laundry, tell him to use loo roll next time.

Doodle2U · 17/11/2008 18:29

Did he put the towel back on the rail?

poppy34 · 17/11/2008 18:29

can I ask is your dd quite little (am assumign so) and has it left you feeling a bit unattractive? It does seem a very extreme reaction for what is pretty normal and doesnt mean that you are not wanted/loved.. more that dp has an excess supply he is sorting out.

shatteredmumsrus · 17/11/2008 18:30

Dont see the problem at all!

PartOfTheHumphreysGroup · 17/11/2008 18:30

a towel?!
Must have been building up for some time..

elsiepiddock · 17/11/2008 18:31

How bizarre.

Is he not allowed to wank then?

NotanOtterOHappyDay · 17/11/2008 18:31

the responses to this fall into two camps Op

mumsnet appears to be predominantly in one!

I do sympathise as i too would feel hurt and unloved

have you tried to broach the subject?

anybodyknowtheanswer · 17/11/2008 18:31

we have 2 kids together , i have 2 from previous relationship too, with our first baby he was texting women with x rated texts and calls,it all stopped after arguements then he was on porn on internet and chatrooms, then it all stopped again after rows now he is self pleasing as you call it what the hell have i done wrong???

OP posts:
MuthaHubbard · 17/11/2008 18:31

'tis natural, zillions of people do it and it doesn't make you go blind.

as long as he cleans up after himself then i don't see a problem

anyfucker · 17/11/2008 18:32
Hmm

He is blanking you ? Why ? (or he's firing blanks at you)

He should have his eyes checked as this kind of behaviour can make you blind.

anybodyknowtheanswer · 17/11/2008 18:33

partof the humphreys group , no we are normally very sexually active together! 2-3 times or more a week.

Why would you feel hurt and unloved?

Is self-love a hostile act?

piratecat · 17/11/2008 18:33

you are feeling insecure about much more than this then i think.
