I was talking about porn-skinny women, not the OP. And don’t be so naïve, plenty of gay men present as straight, and that look is often treated as a tell. Maybe ask someone in the gay community before leaping in with the straight-person defensive onslaught.

People in general are usually attracted to slim, healthy people rather than overweight people because of evolution: slim, healthy people were far more likely to be able to raise, provide for and protect children until they could fend for themselves and survive without their parents so this is instinctual because it helped the species to survive. In all species of animals there is a natural aversion in the vast majority against mating with others who show obvious signs of ill health and disease, which is strongly indicated by being overweight.
