Life360 Shows DH Spent 59 mins in Thai Massage

As the title says. DH away abroad with some friends. Checked life 360 this morning and showed he had spent 59 minutes in a Thai massage place. Took all the screenshots and sent a friend. It’s not on Google but on street view with a number. It’s not looking good is it??

59 mins he got a one hour massage, I don’t think that’s strange or means anything dodgy. It’s pretty normal to go for a Thai massage in lots of countries and most won’t have a website

I'm sorry OP that's horrible. Unless he admits it you won't know the truth for sure. I would make sure he has the works of all the sexual health screening before you are intimate again.

His destinations of choice all seem a bit risque, which doesn’t bode well for his entertainment of choice once there.

What’s his personality like generally? Is he a bit of a lad? Hasn’t quite grown up yet? Ever given you doubts to his integrity?

Before you even posted the OP had explained that her DH had been at a scruffy backstreet place which, on Google maps, was listed as a “Thai massage”. Very obviously a brothel to those of us in the know.

There’s Thai massage and then there is ‘Thai massage.’ I used to live above the second sort. The ladies were lovely when I’d bump into them smoking outside, but it was open til midnight. Nobody is coming for a massage for their tight quads at 11pm.

What sort of massage was it? I know that sounds naive (I'm not remotely naive, years of being cheated on has put paid to that) but is there a chance it could have just been innocent?

I guess the kicker is that it was during a lads' holiday. I know plenty of men who enjoy massages but maybe not during a lads' break. It would be a weird time to suddenly decide to deal with his sore shoulders or back pain.

It’s pretty obvious that you don’t go for a regular massage during an evening out. No one does that. I’m sorry OP, it doesn’t look good. I would do what a pp suggested and ask him about his evening and see what he says.

Look I have no idea whether he went for an innocent massage or something dodgy, all I know is that it isn’t unusual for man to go for an innocent massage so you can’t automatically jump to it being dodgy. Again lots of people go to Hamburg and Amsterdam without it being something dodgy - doesn’t mean no one gets up to stuff but I don’t think it’s fair or right to say it’s automatically the case.

You know nothing about Life360 by the sounds of it, nor Thai massage parlours. And there is certainly a naivety when it comes to certain threads on here.

You were called dense because the implication is that this is not a Thai massage place, it’s a ‘Thai massage place’ aka brothel. Which is not necessarily going to be a beautiful relaxing spa vibe in a parade of shops, but a back room with potentially trafficked young women performing sex services. You insisting that Thai massage places are usually xyz misses the point of the thread spectacularly.
