I found this in my bed. It was under the duvet cover on my side when I got home from work this other day. I'm married. Husband works from home.

I know what I think it is but I just can't believe it.

Well that is why i said i do know that men do it "but it doesnt bode well for the OP" in my first post on the matter. I think it far more likely that is he is cheating (and actually has cheated) hence his need to get used to condoms alone, than him bringing someone home. I think he probably couldn't sustain an erection with a condom with someone else.

You need to just ask him right out, don’t pussy foot around. There was a condom wrapper in your bed, where did it come from. Then watch him try and excuse it.

I just can’t imagine him having an affair and deciding to fuck her at home in your bed. It seems so unlikely. Who would do that?

The only caveat might be if you were away for a few days or something but even then you’d be completely scrupulous about the tidy up and strip the bed etc.

Plus we haven't used condoms for about 3 years now so why would he go out any buy some....could kind of understand a posh wank out of curiosity if you've got a stash in the bedside table but we don't.

My next door neighbour has the occasional one night stand when her partner is away with their kid. She always lets them in through the back and when they leave that way too in the morning, avoiding their doorbell. Can get hidden cameras though, quite cheaply if really want to do anything like that for solid proof if you think hubby will deny everything. Such an awful situation to be in, so very sorry.

I’d want to set up a hidden camera and not tell anyone about it to try and catch him out. See if neighbour has ring doorbell, make up excuse why you need to check.

If you think about it, the type of person who would be up for unprotected sex in a relationship that can only be casual would likely pose too much of a risk for a married man. They'd be reckless and somewhat unpredictable in other ways that would repel him before he considered her as an affair partner of any kind.

So even if he would actually be okay with unprotected sex (since he's had the snip), they wouldn't be due to the risk of STDs and/or him lying about hus vasectomy.

You could ask him and see his reaction. Or do a bit more digging, see if you can get a look at his phone.

If you want the truth, please don't confront him, but install cameras, hidden ones. You confront him, he denies it and become more cautious. It can take years, it can drag out, the deception that is. Be careful, cautious, even pay somebody to watch him, but don't tell him straight away.

Get your ducks in a row, copies of his payslips, evidence of investments, private pension contributions etc.

You can either install a secret cam in the hallway (not bedroom, they may do it elsewhere and the footage will be too difficult to watch anyway) OR simply go to him once you’re ready and say “You have something you need to own up to. Here’s your chance to be honest.”

Do not let on what you know or don’t know. Do not tell him what evidence you have. Simply give him the chance to expose himself.

Does it feel slimy and lubey inside of the wrapper? I mean it does look like a condom wrapper anyway. And no men wank into one.

Ask him OP, confront him. You know his body language, surely you know when he’s panicking and put on the spot or caught up in a lie. Go with that and see what your gut instinct is saying after the conversation. Maybe it is totally innocent and there’s another explanation as to why it’s there, but what if it’s not.

I feel the need to share that I DID have an ex who definitely did the posh wank thing - I saw it in action. But he had all kinds of problems in the bedroom, not a good test case. Had ruined himself with porn, all kinds of sensitivity issues, he seemed to have more control/enjoyment with a condom.

So it is possible.

But I agree with others it’s not likely at all if this is the first time you’ve seen a wrapper.
