Just something that told you there was nooooo future?

I was seeing a chap quite some years ago, pre DH. We had been dating about a year, and were getting into bed at his place when I mentioned that I had my period, just in a casual 'so no rumpy-pumpy tonight' kind of way. The issue had never come up before.

He went all pale with disgust, said 'I wish you hadn't told me that', and proceeded to sleep on the floor.

Utter, utter twunt, I never returned his calls after that. Lucky escape.

Well, there was the one who tried to shag me up the arse whilst I was sleeping - several times in one night

And at the opposite end of the spectrum was the really adorable guy who I probably could have spent the rest of my live with, until I found out that he was as hairy as my cat from head to toe!

'I like anal sex.'

And I like giving the mobile numbers of guys who like anal sex to my gay friends and telling them you're bi-curious even more!

EiWishFor3MoreWishes · 08/03/2008 22:27

i also had a food obsessed BF at one point (i think now in hindsight he may have been bulemic). he once ate a 2 boxes of viennese whirls (6 in a box) and a loaf of bread with turkey-ham on for lunch and later bought 4 cornish pasties and 4 cream cakes put them on a plate and ate them all with a knife and fork that was odd to say the least...he also spent about 30 mins a time in the toilet (i was 18 at the time and thought he was doing a poo i now realise there may have been more to it)

The one who mentioned he'd just spent the weekend with his brother, SIL and nephews, and it was the weekend from hell as he hated children.

Soooooo no future with that one!

bookwormmum · 08/03/2008 22:30

When he mentioned that he was a star trek fan!

Carmenere · 08/03/2008 22:30

The one who threw the iron down in disgust and said quite seriously 'I shouldn't be ironing, I'm a man' I knew at that moment that there was no future for us.

DrNortherner · 08/03/2008 22:31

On a first date once at the cinema this guy told me he was waiting for an operation to remove the 2 teeth he had growing from the roof of his mouth..........

BecauseImWorthIt · 08/03/2008 22:31

BF from school. We both went off to different universities. The first weekend we had together, he came to see me and announced that he had planned the date around my periods, so that we could sleep together.

How very romantic.

I told him that, despite what he thought, it was my period (no it wasn't) and made him sleep on the floor.

And that was the end of that.

I was seeing the most gorgeous male speciman just before i met my DH, and i must admit, it was purely for the sex!!

However, we'd been an item for about 3 weeks when i had my period. I casually dropped it into the conversation and he said that it didn't bother him if it didn't bother me.

So, there we were...getting down to it (him on top), when he suddenly started heading down south!! I was a bit miffed and reminded him that i was on my period, and he just looked at me with this seriously pervy grin and said," mmmmmmmmmmm....yes...i know..."

I was mortified but he just didn't understand why i was so grossed out.
Such a shame though, because he was seriously sex on legs!
