Are all men this gross

Ughhhh I've just found out that my partner pees in the garden because he can't be bothered to go upstairs to the bathroom. It's most nights I think although he denied it then admitted it then denied it. .
I actually feel sick and hate the fact he lies about it too.
I hate lying and I hate the thought that he thinks this is ok 🤮

Blimey. I hope none of your OH's get prostate cancer or you're all in for some surprises.

Bitofachinwag · 26/09/2021 12:52

I don't think it's a problem as long as he washes his hands afterwards and wees somewhere where neighbours can't see and where nobody has to walk in it

Squeakycatflap · 26/09/2021 13:00

Mine tries to top up the birdbath from the patio door.

SiobhanSharpe · 26/09/2021 13:03

DH pees on the compost heap deliberately, for the reason given above, doesn't worry me.
We kept ducks in the garden for years, they shat wherever they liked.

TurnUpTurnip · 26/09/2021 13:04

My son use to wee in the bin because he didn’t want to go upstairs, I found out when emptying it 🤢

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 26/09/2021 13:04

Mine does it on the compost!

LetHimHaveIt · 26/09/2021 13:04

Wouldn't bother me particularly. Peeing outdoors is pretty environmentally friendly, if you move about a bit.

MrsPelligrinoPetrichor · 26/09/2021 13:05

** not regularly though, just now and again, it's meant to be brilliant for it Confused

NortieTortie · 26/09/2021 13:05

Thanks for the reminder that if things ever go to shit between me and DH, I'm better off getting another cat 🤢

FizzyPink · 26/09/2021 13:06

It’s pretty gross but I’ve heard it’s a good fox deterrent. If it kept me from being woken up in the middle of the night by them screeching I’m all for it.

Phyllis321 · 26/09/2021 13:07

That wouldn’t bother me particularly as long as the wee wasn’t accumulating on a non-permeable surface and stinking.

Babamamananarama · 26/09/2021 13:11

Totally depends on the garden.
Our garden is big and quite wild with lots of trees and bushes and the odd wild wee is not going to make the slightest impact. But if you've got a small neat plot with plastic grass/hard standing then yep that's a bit unpleasant.

Sarahlou63 · 26/09/2021 13:11

Meh. I wee outside regularly. Can't see the issue as long as he's not exposing his dick to neighbours or pissing on the washing..

timesachangin · 26/09/2021 13:20

I don't really understand the outcry around garden wees. Foxes, cats, all manner of wildlife poo and wee in the garden. I couldn't bother myself about it. Unless he's whacking it out when your parents are over for a bbq it's a non issue for me

liveforsummer · 26/09/2021 13:24

@Dillydollydingdong

Cats do it, dogs do it, horses, cows, all animals do it. It doesn't do any harm. Why is it a problem?
My dog won't pee in our garden - I have to take her to the end of the street. I don't know many cows and horses living in residential gardens. The volume of adult business in small garden will start to smell pretty quickly if it's happening every day especially at the moment when it's been dry

Not with urine I hope
Nillynally · 26/09/2021 13:27

My husbands fortunately very clean with no bad habits. However he does occasionally pee at the bottom of the garden to deter the badgers!

dramalessllama · 26/09/2021 13:29

Ugh. My exH would take a dump in our wooded backyard. He had a tree designated for this act, too. He also was a covert nose picker and loogey spitter in the shower.

One of MANY reasons (not as shallow as these) that he is an ex. And I will never live with another person ever again. At 54, I'm over wanting a partner.

dworky · 26/09/2021 13:29

Yes, many men do this & it's a power thing. Tradesmen will often piss in a kitchen sink when in a woman's home.

grapewine · 26/09/2021 13:29

It's not great, but the nosepicker is so much worse to me. That's really disgusting and would give me the ick right away.

grapewine · 26/09/2021 13:30

They what now?

Nomoreusernames1244 · 26/09/2021 13:36

Keeps cats out 🤷‍♀️

What? Is that honestly a thing?

The only issue I had so far with them and pissing is that they didn’t flush the toilet but maybe I should be grateful for that after reading this.

How do you know this? Hmm. Are you married to one of these yokes?
