How did you meet your OH

Haven't seen one of these threads for a while... so.... how did you meet your OH?

I met my ex at a tube station, thought he was a complete weirdo for talking to me. Then he pushed in front of me in the queue for the club, took us all night to get together but we were together for 14 years.

ICQ chat room 22 years whilst I was at uni, started chatting to 2 blokes online for ages and then one day their boss saw a photo of me and sent me an instant message we met up a week later and we've been married for 18 years and have 9 year old twins.

He was the dj... Kept dancing with me during long songs... 7 years next month!

I was his 1st date, he was my 21st date

That was 10 years ago , 7 years married and 2 kids now

My now husband came to fix my car at his cousins house (my housemate). He asked me if the kettle was broken, and did I want to go for a drink. I said “ you need to know I’m 10 weeks pregnant” and he said “no problem, the baby can come too” we’ve been together 11 years this Jan, married 8 years

OLD for me too, together 10 years this autumn, I proposed 4 years ago on Feb 29th and we have since emigrated together. We were both in our 40s when we met.

Online. I was in an abusive marriage, he was in a loveless relationship and we both just wanted someone to talk to. We emailed/ skyped for months before meeting in person, but by the time we did, we were both pretty much already in love with each other, and our previous relationships were over.

House party on our year abroad 10 years ago. Never out of each other's sight for the rest of the term. She moved to London 2 years later and we have been married 2 years with a six week old currently snoring away next to me.

1st day of new job in May 2014, got to know him and in November 2015 i asked him out, he said yes, got engaged September 2016 and got married September 2017

On a night out, we shared a drunken kiss, he sent me friend request on Facebook the next day. We chatted briefly and a few months later we went on a date. We've been together 3 and a half years now 😄

At work! I'd just come out of a long-term relationship and certainly wasn't intending to get together with a colleague, but it just happened. We got married last summer and will have been together five years in April 😊

We were at school together plus he only lived about 100 yards down the road.

On a cross channel ferry trip to Dunkirk when we were 20. Been together for 35 years and married for 30. I knew instantly that he was the one for me.

My first night at uni, freshers week in the union bar. He was just starting second year. We moved in together three days later, and had 16 wonderful years and two DC together before his untimely death at 36. I still love him to bits 28 years later - never remarried.

We met in all called Singleborough, yes, it is a place, it does exist near Great Horwood and we are happily married after nearly 37 years of marriage. It was a lovely party I cooked my wife's sausages!!

At a book club, twenty years ago. He's lovely and I feel very lucky.

On a night out in our local city. Both on our respective work Christmas dos. One of the ladies I was out with kept giving him the eye and I thought he would much prefer her as she is very glamorous. Turned out he wanted me! Together 6 years , married 2 years and expecting our first baby in March.
