Shower sex advice

I've been seeing a man for a few months now and I've never been sexually adventurous at all, he got in the shower with me last night but it wasn't great. It was difficult to do. Does anyone have any advice on this? Any other tips for the sexually naive are most definitely welcomed

I think bath sex can be amazing too. DP laying in the bath, me laying on top of him face up so he can fondle my 'bits', him slowly thrusting as the water and bubbles wash over us....

Talking to friends I think it helps if you are a similar height

The really, really vital thing is.....

spray the cubicle with a solution of distilled vingar and Squeegee dry afterwards.

I think it actually depends on the partner and the physical logistics - height difference (won't work if you're the same height imo), face to face with one of your legs up or both facing same way with you bent over a bit. No need to give up after one go unless you slipped a disc... practice makes perfect!

Much easier if you have a large walk in shower. It’s been so hot in London the last week it’s the only way we’ve been able to have sex comfortably.

DH accidentally slid the door partially open when we tried and it sliced into the top of my foot. I needed stitches, A&E was NOT fun

You will need....

Often have shower sex during period as I don't like missing out for a week. We have a folding seat in the shower cubicle and have worked out a couple of positions.

Never had a problem with shower sex, sex in sand dunes, sex in the sea, sex in the bath, or indeed sex anywhere, including Wolverhampton.

Bath and sea sex are apparently possibly dangerous (google it). but having survived Wolverhampton, I risked it.

What I found disappointing was food sex. It looks great on nine and a half weeks, but is actually just really messy and off-putting. Honey. NO

How big and deep is your bath? I'm assuming it is not a standard sized bath where you can't lie flat and wouldn't be deep enough for water to cascade over two bodies lying on top of one another without it sloshing over the floor.

Either that or you are both very small and thin, maybe I'm just too fat for bath sex.

We have a wet room and it’s still not particularly easy. Good for foreplay but retired to the bedroom for the main event.

Standing up sex in general is horrendous. Throw in water and soap and it’s just a disaster waiting to happen.

I have read most if these comments and respectfully I think you are all doing it wrong. We have quite a small shower so its not easy but we kept trying and now our shower sex is amazing.
We actually wash each other beforehand and get all foamy, that helps with the friction down there, plus its hot! Don't know what else to add and if any questions please ask.

Never really worked for us. Its better if the lady is taller than the man imo.
