I've just read through the thread and wanted to let you know how sorry I am that you are in this situation. Don't make any rash decisions, be kind to yourself and talk it through with a trusted friend or family member if at all possible

It does sound like a punting phone to me (having seen some of my horrible ex’s punting messages). The way to really check is googling the number - I did this and it is not easy and once seen can’t be unseen though.
