Sorry about the dog 84 - it's hard to let them go even if it's best for them.

Willow I hope you sleep tonight and survive tomorrow's shift.

We had a quiet day actually. DD had a party after lunch so we mooched, did washing and homework and then took her over and went to the park with DS.

Ha ha Book had something to eat and pain is back. Tried nhs24 to see if there was an on call dr ariund here but its at least a10 min wait before they will answer phone and as they are excedingly busy are only prioritising extreme cases! Oh well will try in morning.

Finally got through to nhs24 waiting for call back in next 3 hrs! Hell this is worse than ever.. Just want some painkillers that work. Not going to hosp! Can take myself in morning if nec. I reckon work isnt happening tomortow😐

Whoo finally got phone call. Told them i cpukdnt possibly drive to ooh and a dr is going to phone me...might be 2hrs!

Oh and take 2 more paracetamol😒 just told them its a waste of time none of them have touched it but to take them anyway.okaaayyy.

Offs! Just had a call " Hi this is x at hosp. If you just make your way here, come into a&e a dr will see you ok?" Er no. I am doubled up in pain i cant drive for an hour! "Oh well x said you would come in." Well x is wrong i specifically said i cant drive that far. "Cant someone bring you?" (Gee i never thought of that🤔) No there is no one and i have 2 kids. Sarcasticly "Oh well i will get a dr to phone you" thank you.
Jeeze i wouldn't want to be critical...

Sounds like book & cake & horse are all okay .

Busy yesterday, taking ds1 was an hour round trip, had a couple of hours in a coffee shop wkth friend. Took ds2 trainer shopping, just sports direct, then home and his stepmum arrived to collect him.
Tidied up, vacuumed and walked Charlie then C (OLD new man, lol) arrived.
Bit awkward at first but Charlie is a good ice breaker, then we went to the show and had lovely evening. Invited him in afterwards, kissing may have happened. I'm happy, but it is emotionally hard in places. Probably seeing him today.

Well last night was interesting. Finally got a dr at 2.30. By then pain not so bad and i was exhausted. She was lovely and had a chat and said to go to hosp first thing this am and get checked out. If pain returned to call back and i would get an ambulance😲

Just got back. Saw lovely dr who was like a strawberry blonde 'Eddie Redmayne' complete with same voice! Have to go to gp in am to have scan arranged. If i had known they couldn't organise a scan i wouldnt have bothered 😁 but he did say to try to get childcare prepped (or kids could come and stay in hosp) cos if it flares up like that again in next couple of days i need to go in asap and an ambulance would be appropriate!
Got script for more painkillers and box of anti spasmodics and he gave me 2 straight away.

Of course i got there and realised i didn't have my phone and hadnt called work so had to phone home with only bit of change i had to get ds2 to call them. Nothing ever straightforward round here😁😁

Hope everyone's day is less eventful than mine😉

Currently in P'boro waiting for DS2 - who didn't tell me he wasn't on the original train he planned & would be arriving 2hrs after the time he told me until I was sat in the collection & drop off point...! Grrrr. 🙄

Luckily there are shops for me to kill some time in!

Willow, glad you are in the system now - make sure you ring for an ambulance if it reoccurs.

Chasing, your new OLD 😁 man sounds lovely; it IS going to be emotional but you're doing just fine. Have fun today 🙂

Willow - I hope you are taking all the advice , ( even though it was sooo late!) it obviously was taken seriously, and so should you . Hope the painkillers and anti spasms are working .
Chasing - aw, thats a lovely post there may have been kissing - find happiness and joy where you can :)
Horse - children - as if it isn't your favourite thing, hanging around waiting - hope the shops are interesting at least !
Had a bit of work at the allotment this morning, then DH off out for lunch. So I have slobbed, and am now eating strawberries - I may as well enjoy a few after ages picking them . More soup on the go ( I am doing soups in portions for DD1 , its so hard when she is at work ) and am going to sit and crochet now .

Well I'm glad they took it seriously Willow and hope the meds help if is does kick in again. Ridiculous that you have to go back to the GP to get a referral back to the hospital, but go through the channels and get it sorted.

horse how very annoying - kids! Peterborough is quite good shopping though so hopefully you had a nice time.

Had a lie in this morning then took Charlie for a walk, popped over to see my dad with a card and a bottle for father's day.
Then C picked me up and we've just spent this afternoon together. Went to an Antiques Barns (which was rubbish, but we laughed about it), then a garden centre for a snack and I got some plants. Back to mine and we took Charlie for a walk then cuddled on the sofa for a bit, actually I nearly fell asleep and and he left about 7pm.
My "a bit hard emotionally" was somewhat of an understatement. I was a crying mess this morning. I'm now just trying not to think and just enjoy it!

Boys out with their dad and family for a father's day / birthday meal so they will be back a bit later so no roast at my parents this evening.

Aw Squirrels must be hard to think about what should have been but also to have a nice time and then you're left alone again....

Kids dad here yesterday. He had good chat with ds1 and he is going to try the computing course. Need to see if there are places left after seen dr. So thats good.

I am on holiday this week, and have just had a nice relaxing day at home. Weather good, so sitting in the garden and had a little snooze earlier!

3 under 3 tomorrow but luckily after school drop off so more manageable.

I've had a really good day food wise: lots of meat, fruit and veg and nuts and only water to drink. May have overdone it on the roasties though 😳

Horse not bad thanks when it starts i take the tabs and it keeps it to just 'niggly'. Envious of your sunshine. Been pretty overcast all day and threatening rain now but was warm. Wind getting up though.

I am hoping the scan will be either very quick or late! I have a holiday to go on and not missing it. Think we deserve one after the crap year we have had so far😉

I have been 'good' too MrsJ had one of those hard almond biccies instead if a pastry in coffee shop and a white coffee no latte😣
Had steak pie for tea, no butter on pots and just a taste of the pie crust 😣 dont like this at all.

Started packing for hols to get ahead what with all the hosp appointments and work etc. Washed out all the picnic stuff too. Frezer blocks in freezer for bit of shopooing to take with us.
Packed lunches done. Just need to hang the towels up as didn't dry completely and i am parking my btm😀

Git vacuum bags for duvets curtains etc hope they work some are useless.

Couldn't get hold if teacher and didnt call me back.

Had a woo moment...just reaching for phone to let work know i will be back tomorrow and it wrang. One of the girls from work calling they were all wondering how i was (including boss!! Why didn't she call then?) Weird!
