Am knackered already! Done more washing and folded a ton of bedding and curtains. Then had to go round windows with mould spray! Sick of this plus there is some on ds's bedroom ceiling so will have to go up in attic see if there is a damp patch. Windows are opened to air rooms, dehumidifier is on regularly and used to help dry washing (has a special setting for washing) what else am i supposed to do?
Blitzed kitchen and can now see the work tops! Think i caught something off Horse and been looking for jobs to do😁

Am having a sit down as working at 3.

Off to work where apart from saying hello they rarely talk to me unless i instigate conversation. Spend all quiet times on thier phones or talking about mutual friends and dramas! Its not quite the 'spending time with adults, having adult conversations' i invisaged.

Letter about a mobile bill I wasn't aware was still ongoing, phone them....
I'm ringing about a letter I've just received in the name of my late husband ... yes addressed to my late husband ... no you can't speak to him, what with him being dead, hence my late husband.
To be fair she was then very apologetic!
Hopefully sorted, although they couldn't confirm anything "due to data protection" but did agree it was probably in the region of the details I quoted.

I'm just pleased to have made it in one piece to the "end" of the day. DS just about to go to sleep, DD having half an hour of down time before stories and then I won't be far behind. Throat sore again on and off, but luckily I'm a woman hey?

It's a convoluted story but it was still being paid (by work), the letter was just a standard RPI increase notification, I'd assumed work would have cancelled it, they'd not connected the payment to him ...

Had a nice lunch with DS1, and just been to the cinema wirh DH to see Three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri - really good film.

DS2 rang and was on the phone for about 30 mins this morning, so nice to hear from him too.

Afternoon all.
Had 'long lie' awake but didnt get up till nearly 9. Shopping and coffee with ds2. He has extra tkd today as usually at school. Done washing. Need to go up into attic and also sort out stuff thats usually in airing cupboard, maybe even get curtains up in bedrooms.

Cake you have been very organised. I hate paperwork. Need to do cm yearly assessment/numbers thingy but forgotten password so i need to phone them to get on the website. I will be late! Won't take 5 mins to do considering how unbusy i am.. Good luck with the chat😀

Lazy morning then a walk with Charlie and ds2.
Out for lunch with the boys and my mum, then a bit of shopping - school stationary and some running kit.
Ds1 now over to see girlfriend and ds2 about to do some homework.
They are going to their dad's tonight till Wednesday and I'm going to a WAY meal tonight.

I've just flopped on the sofa - ate way too much!

Off to Ikea tomorrow, wish us luck...it seems to bring out the worst in us as a couple

Done a bit of sorting out of all the linen i hauled out the airing cupboard. Put out some stuff i never use. Sorted out washing got kids to put it away!!! Beds changed (well i think ds1 is still sitting on his mess of a bed but 2 out of 3 aint bad)

Forgot to say ds2 found orange daim bars this morning 😀😀 may be on my 2nd one...well they are very small😉

Ohhh it's too early for this swimming malarky😀 dull today and rain started just as we left house.
Have to go back to town as forgot to go pay i.t. bill as we didnt park in usual place yesterday. Will be forced to go for coffee with ds2 i suppose 😀 will feel a real scruff as just pulled on joggers as wasnt going anywhere then just found i.t. invoice in my bag. Might treat myself to new joggers like them when pottering around at home. Might pop into opticians. One if the lenses has nwver fitted frame properly no matter what i do one but is sticking out proud of the frame. Think considering the cost they should fit!

Cold here too this morning.
What a pain having to go back into town Willow.
Went out with WAY group for a meal last night, then fell asleep on the sofa when I got home and didn't wake up till 3.30am - hate doing that.
Up at 7am with Charlie but then dozed till 8.30am - and still not dressed .
Will get sorted soon and take him for a walk then going to MIL for dinner - she came out of hospital last night and SIL & BIL there for the weekend.
Boys with their dad until Wednesday evening.

Hellooooo, we survived IKEA without getting divorced 😂 And then of course the bits needed building and I got on with getting the new crockery through the dishwasher, new towels washed and washed out 2 1/2 cupboards and one drawer, got old stuff packed up, got the food shop, made bacon and egg toasting muffins etc etc etc also did some crochet.

willow I always try to dress as the bare minimum that I'd like to be spotted in - this afternoon alone, I saw 2 people from DS's school and DD's friend and family.

That waking up in the middle of the night on the sofa sucks. Hope you enjoyed your PJ day squirrel

Bit of civility planned for tomorrow - NT visit - then the normal cleaning and clearing and curry for tea.

Good walk yesterday afternoon with Charlie then nice evening with the in-laws, although MIL didn't get out of bed. Not sure how things are going to progress there.

Up with Charlie at 7am, fed him, cleaned out and fed the hens then had a play in the garden with him.

It's a lovely bright day, but windy and cold - might do some gardening in a bit. Have to put Charlie on his long lead if I do the front as he has discovered the seed dropped from next doors bird feeders and is straight under the hedge to hoover it up!

I'm fed up of being so *@#$ing lonely.

How did the WAY meal go chasing?

Meal was good thanks horse. Only 4 of us but I'd met them all before. It does bring home the situation though, why I'm meeting with them, going home to an empty house etc.
