Welcome to the Battle Bus! We're a group of travelling drinkers of varying levels, those who are teetotal, and those who have tried so many times to stop, those are 'controlled' drinkers, but we NEVER give up and keep coming back for the support we share, and trying to get some kind of control over the Wicked Wine Bitch Witch!

It's not easy, boy, it's so not easy to stop or cut down some days. There are days when even the Bravest Babes fall into the Sidecar. And do you know what? That's okay. Smile

There is NO judgey pants worn on this Bus and you don't have to be anyone other than YOU to join us Smile

So, come and grab a seat, some Opal fruits, (it'll make sense eventually!)) and meet the rest of the Babes. Remember, you're not on your own, ever with us, you'll always have a Babe you can relate to.

It is faire but ds is the youngest so nearly done! You still have the joys of the Ikea shop r the uni one though....

We have also won a very special award which I can't talk about yet but which will be announced next week, regarding the men in uniform, and I' am so excited!
Hopefully I will collect the award in October. It will be presented by a very VIP!!!

Hey lovely babes, I'm popping in from lurking, I just ran a bloody 12k mudrun yesterday. I'm so happy. So I've been drinking but the plan as of tomorrow is no booze or fags cause I want to do more like that. I'm so proud of myself I could cry.

Just popping by on the way into town to try and buy some decent interview clothes for Thursday. I forgot it's the bank holiday. Shops are full with Sale shoppers!

Oh God, oh God, oh God.....
took a photo of me getting ready for my wedding 30 years ago, intending to send it to my friend as I was super slim then (we are both on diets and need inspiration). So i meant to send it to my email...and I sent it to someone I'm connected to at work instead!!!i'm wearing stockings, suspenders, teeny knickers and a basque! I want to die.

zorra put your logical head on: flying plus alcohol equals massive dehydration, you will wake up feeling horrible; make the most of that luxurious flat-bed to relax, listen to music, be gently lulled by the movement of the plane; the altitude makes the champagne taste terrible; only those poor sods sitting upright all night in economy need gut-rot wine to help them get through it.....
Plus the combination of fizzy stuff and altitude is bad for your guts and you will fart like an elephant!
Need any more reasons?
