People are saying that we can't tell from here if:

  1. You are not currently able to organise your life and your mum is trying to help you; or
  2. Your mum is a controlling lunatic who is scrambling your brains so you can't organise your life.

But if you go to the Law Centre AND the CAB, they should be able to clarify things with you.

I believe your mum is scrambling your brains! She's trying to control your finances, has prevented you asking for government help, and has lied to you that Social Services will take your baby.

So please go and get that assistance.

When you have your own place and a little money, things might be hard but you'll be able to think for yourself again.

SouthWestmom · 21/01/2016 16:27

Ok it's just I've asked two questions you say you didn't understand and yet there's been a lot more complicated information posted. I'm concerned you're not acting because you maybe can't follow what's being put. If you speak to someone in real life (like you did with your GP) they will be able to help you to understand the advice they give.

GarlicBake · 21/01/2016 16:38

Oops, sorry - "scrambling your brains" = making you confused.

Your mother cannot make Social Services take your baby, she doesn't have that power.

She cannot do a tax return in your name, it's a crime.

You cannot be sent to jail for a personal debt.

You need to get a professional to help you sort this out :)

panele01 · 21/01/2016 16:39

GarlicBake and Noeuf, you are completely right,i will try my best, thank you very much

panele01 · 21/01/2016 17:33

Offred Winki don't mind Thanks We could try in Lithuanian, but like i said, you will have trouble and difficulty understanding my language.......hmmmmm

OP posts:
Offred · 21/01/2016 17:35

Yes, I thought that may be true.

It is up to you. What you feel most comfortable with. Smile

CAB don't use google translate for that reason. They use a proper translation service called language line, which is basically a translator who translates over the phone, if they don't have an adviser to speak to you directly.

Sorry if you know this!

panele01 · 21/01/2016 17:35
