Secrets we want to tell but can't

There was a thread on here a few months ago which was full of confessions and secrets that we can't tell in real life...My secret is that I know the neighbour on one side of me is having a naughty affair with the neighbour on the other side of me. As soon and the husband goes to work and the kids go to school she's off with the single dad on the other side of me...

Has anyone else got a secret??

I'm married to a serial-cheating narcissist. When we were going through a particularly bad patch last year, I started having sports massage for a running injury. The masseur is 15 years younger than me, super-fit, a natural bodybuilder (no steroids) and is quiet, gentle and funny (total opposite to DH). His massage technique involves me stripping down to my G-string, even for a calf injury. One time he did a fun 'quiz' with me, which showed that I am passionate, impulsive and good in bed. Now, whenever I'm having a shit time, I go for a massage (DH thinks I'm down the gym) and get a kick from the fact that my jealous, controlling DH has no idea I'm semi-naked with a hot guy...... Sweet revenge Grin

SingleGuy advice from someone who has had their best friend tell them they are in love with her. Don't do it unless you are definite she feels the same. My best friend told me and it almost ruined our relationship. It has never been the same since Sad

SingleGuy1974 · 04/08/2014 15:24

Lizzie and puds - I have no intention of saying anything. I know it would just destroy the friendship. A friend of hers once asked her out on a date six months after her LTR had finished and she flipped. That way madness lies. We are ridiculously close. Hurts sometimes especially as I don't seem to meet anyone else - not for the want of trying. And she's been single 7 years despite being attractive, funny, interesting and talented. But I love her too much to wreck a friendship that not only means everything to me but also to her (she tells me so).

One more.
I don't miss having my niece in my life. I feel upset that after a wonderful past there will be no future for us, the argument was just too big, but, I find life easier without all the drama.

Brilliant thread!

Dementedtiger YY re SG's wife. I've had a run in with her about something that was absolutely nothing to do with me and she was foul. Like water off a duck's back to me though - not my problem in any way, shape or form but, if she'd been nicer, I would have helped sort it out.

GarlicAugustus · 04/08/2014 16:11

re SG's wife. I've had a run in with her - at first, I thought you meant SingleGuy's wife!

Of course the newspapers keep sleb's secrets for them, Hold. That's how they get all their other gossip Wink

GilbertBlytheWouldGetIt · 04/08/2014 16:19

Doesntaddup - What massage technique is this? I am NOT judging, I want to know! where is the clinic? Wink

DementedTiger · 04/08/2014 16:20

The newspapers often sit on bad stories about various sports people and celebrities as a gesture of good will and in exchange for exclusives and other tidbits. However if these people were ever to piss the press off in some way they wouldn't hesitate in publishing the bad stuff, as the likes of Wayne Rooney, John Terry and Ryan Giggs have found out.

SG's wife is a violent, coke snorting chav who's had more than her fair share of affairs. I don't condone adultery but quite honestly I can't blame him for looking elsewhere, she's only with him because of who he is. Horrible woman.

CalamityKate1 · 04/08/2014 16:56

ashamedgay84 · 04/08/2014 17:52

Lweji · 04/08/2014 19:26

TalisaMaegyr · 04/08/2014 19:34

ajandjjmum · 04/08/2014 19:39

iamdivergent · 04/08/2014 19:43

I have no juicy secrets Sad

Minime85 · 04/08/2014 19:54

Place marking shamelessly.

And disgrace that's a brilliant one!

rockpink · 04/08/2014 19:54

Wowee love this thread!
I worked with a girl who'd had a one night stand with a Liverpudlian footballer. Think 80's advert for milk. She said he was fantastic.

EmmaFreudsGivingMeJip · 04/08/2014 20:20

Someone I know has committed a crime that would probably get them sentenced to life. Only I and their father know and I don't know what to do.
I found out 2 years ago and I am now concerned about what would happen to me if this came out.

APotNoodleandaTommy · 04/08/2014 20:24

More! More!

Wetthemogwai · 04/08/2014 20:27

My friend is having an emotional affair with her boss who is a very well respected surgeon. They're both married and he spends a LOT of money on her!

you didn't hear that from me Wink

MrsCrankypants · 04/08/2014 20:41

I found out today I am pregnant after 4 years of trying, losing a baby at 23 weeks and 2 rounds of IVF. It's killing me keeping it a secret, I want to shout it from the rooftops!!
