most insensitive thing your XP/XH has ever said to you?

Today: 4 weeks post separation, he left me (pregnant) for OW. Came round to see DS who has been ill.

asks me to play outside with them both, because he 'doesn't mind sharing daddy time' and said 'the best times in the world are when we get to share our son'

WTF?? Apart from the times you get your leg over, now that you've LEFT me and your son.

Shocked, I reply, do you even miss him when you're not here? XH replies: 'Yes of course, but bizarrely I'm a lot less stressed and more relaxed these days'.

(I turned on my heel and left immediately) Wish I'd said: GOOD for you. You utter utter shit of a man. I'm glad that YOU feel better now you left us. Never mind your pregnant wife and child who are going through hell. As long as YOU feel more relaxed now I'm sure we can all be happier.

FUCKS SAKE.

Please share some other horror stories with me to make me feel less alone :( feel like I'm the stupidest, most unloved woman in the world right now while he's off playing with our son... feeling cheery as chips and totally unstressed by life.

What goes around comes around. It's never going to work out peachy for him forever all of the time.

What a dick Sad

The wore things my Exes have said are always weight related.

Kenobi · 26/01/2012 15:39

I don't think I can come close to topping that, sorry OP. Hope you're ok. Sad

go and kick him in the balls

GoingForGoalWeight · 26/01/2012 15:39

I don't fancy you anymore, you've put too much weight on. Various insults, then after Son was born - Our Son is a albatross around your neck. That kid (our Son) is a piece of shit.

TooMuchInLove · 26/01/2012 15:39

Although mine has said many a shocking thing to me i think this is worse...my best friend got pregnant with her husbands baby and they seemed really happy. she miscarried at 26 weeks which was obviously awful for her. her (now x)h said that it was good she lost the baby because he was tired of being married to a fat bitch as he was tired of looking for sex elsewhere...she booted him out luckily he was a total prick!

tallwivglasses · 26/01/2012 15:41

Oh choco, what a heartless git Sad

Not in the same league as yours but an ex was once stroking my tits while remarking that the best tits he'd ever seen belonged to his ex girlfriend Shock

Next time ask your ex if he meant to sound so selfish and twattish. I mean, does he have to wortk on it or does it just come naturally? Angry

GoingForGoalWeight · 26/01/2012 15:43

Another gem after I found out ex was paying for sex - nothing you do in bed will ever match what they can do for me.
Hurry up and get well FFS, you can't be that ill you've only got Meningitus. Are you faking it? I want to go back to work. this is very inconvenient.

Wrongbow · 26/01/2012 15:48

Mainly comments about my (size 12) arse getting a bit big. Joyously, several years later, he is now a fat bastard. I like to look him up on Facebook now and again to laugh at his chins. Cheers me right up.

GoingForGoalWeight · 26/01/2012 15:54

Burst out laughing at your post Wrongbow Grin

chocoraisin · 26/01/2012 15:58

Shock at your friends XH TooMuchInLove... fucking hell. and GoingForGoalWeight, ONLY meningitis hey? You are obviously outrageous for complaining about that!

Sigh* I wonder if I will ever meet a decent guy :(

"I do put up with a lot of shit from the boys for going out with a girl who is ginger. Most of them wouldn't, you know."

I think he expected me to be grateful. Instead I dumped him a little while later. Last time I saw him he was laying on the floor in a park, crying and begging my ginger self not toleave. That felt goooood!

carernotasaint · 26/01/2012 15:59

I had an ex boyfriend/lover call me fat DURING SEX.
The best bit was id lost ten stone to get from a size 28 to a size 14.

Wrongbow · 26/01/2012 16:01

:o QueenKong!

GoingForGoalWeight · 26/01/2012 16:01

My Ex H made the comment that I wasn't the best looking or best figure but all round I wasn't bad! Not as ouchy as some of the above. But as I said now ex.....

PosieParker · 26/01/2012 16:13

Well OP he could still be your current partner, so every cloud!!

PosieParker · 26/01/2012 16:14

Going.....Shock

chocoraisin · 26/01/2012 16:17

still feeling really gutted. XH is downstairs trying to give DS his tea... DS is yelling bloody murder and giving him grief. Keep wanting to go down and intervene but they are only IN the house because DS has been a bit poorly, it's still 'daddy time'. I should let them get on with it really, and def don't need to be listening to all the world according to XH crap any more. But god it's hard :(

Might help me to list a few other corkers I've heard from him in the last 3 months, just to remind myself that I'm better off right where I am - as far away as I can get from him...

'you are not attractive at all and I feel no desire at all for you, and yes, your baby weight has something to do with that.' (after losing 4 stone)

'the only thing wrong with our relationship is you' (not your affair then, hmm?)

'you just need to be patient while I figure out how I feel about you.' (and continue your affair, naturally)

I could go on. But yes, I married a total tosser. And it does help to remind myself of that while I get used to the new 'arrangement'

carernotasaint · 26/01/2012 16:19

Of course you can GoingforGoalweight. Unfortunately that was a long time ago and i have gained some weight back which im now trying to lose again.

PosieParker · 26/01/2012 16:19

The best bit is you escaped, the affair is the one good thing he did for you!

susiedaisy · 26/01/2012 16:21

choc he sounds awful please don't key him pollute your sons mind with that crap as he gets older Sad

marriednotdead · 26/01/2012 16:22

My ex, a couple of years after we split, blaming ME for his whole year of violence towards me. '... well I never hit anyone before you, or since'.

So that's ok then. Twat Hmm

davidsotherhalf · 26/01/2012 16:25

my xh told me a 6yr old deserved to be raped, they must of asked for it. i walked out with my dd and never went back.

chocoraisin · 26/01/2012 16:25

Angry marriednotdead that is awful. What a bastard!

So far he only wants to see DS twice a week susie, so hopefully he won't get the chance! I'll be making sure I fill our lives with heaps of positive lovely people instead. And it makes me feel better to remember even his nursery keyworker will see DS more than his dad does now.
