We are a Bus full of drinkers, non-drinkers and those who are somewhere in between.

BUT - we will never judge or leave a poster out in the cold. So, find a seat and settle down for the journey ahead.

I really do think I have to leave. This thread seems to be more about abstinence than cutting down. If you like to think that I am in denial, there is really nothing I can do about it. I came on here initially because my brother who is a suicidal alcoholic invited himself to stay, and it tore me apart. I coped badly and my anxiety levels shot through the roof. I need to find ways to reduce the effects of potential anxiety, and as I have said before, to find ways to live instead of ways to die. It's not just about alcohol.
