Well Dateman is doing all the right things i.e. not bombarding me with texts but has sent a few polite ones asking how my day was etc. However if I'm honest I've kind of gone off the idea! I only booked my b'sitter a few hrs ago & was half hoping she might not be free. It's not that I don't want to go on a date (I'd love it with the right person) but it's more a case of I've already ruled him out over distance. My time is limited so if I'm going to be dating I need someone close by. Anyway, I had already pointed out the distance thing to him when he first started contacting me but he was still keen so will just go along for the experience anyway. Can use it as a practice run to polish up my dating skills

Lol Goo, I'm the opposite, I'm looking for someone within a five-ten mile radius . I'm pretty central though even though I'm just outside of city so 5 to 10 mile radius leaves lots of scope . Actually now that I'm becomming a bit of a vet at the old online dating stuff I'm thinking that I may be brave enough to venture back into the fishy place . OMG well as you all know I can be a tad impulsive at times . Anyway, as I'd mentioned the fishy place I just logged in & set up a profile complete with pic. In the space of 5 mins have 11 date requests . Have logged off now & didn't even look at any of the 11 but gave a general look at the mens profiles & there seem to be loads of fairly normal looking men . Tis the way forward me thinks . Will never get my college work finished if I carry on like this

Yup, came home from taking 3 boys & coming back for DD to find DS2 had left back door open. Freezing. Am sitting here waiting for lawyers to call back. Whole spring spent waiting as they & XH took long consecutive holidays. Now they're off again if don't get a reply by lunchtime. )-: so worried. Then have to get mortgage credit check.

Now have established that my lawyer is in this morning but H's isn't. H's lawyer in this afternoon but mine isn't. Will HAVE to stop thinking about it all & concentrate this weekend on 2 DCs swotting for exams & to a lesser extent royal wedding, DS1's friend, DS2 & NM who is Irish republican & who I had a really good weekend with last weekend by resolutely concentrating on him & excluding all thoughts of H & divorce. H has cancelled his fortnightly visit to DCs so at least not that stress 4 us all. Have job application to do too. xx to all

Well, been to local shops today and bought shoes for wedding. They've got a high heel, no open toe, big gold buckle on the side and they're RED. Only 20 quid too. And then found a red clutch bag reduced to 3 quid! So I'm set. Bring it on!
