Do people actually have sex every day?

Following the BJ thread, I was stunned to learn how often others have sex.

I'm pretty randy at the moment, being pregnant, and DH is lucky to be getting it 2-3 times a week. Normally, probably once. (When Dd was a baby, much less).

Are these people saying they do it most days really young, in new relationships, or childless? Or do I just have a very low sex drive? I honestly didn't realise poor DH's shortfall.

(btw. aged 29, together for 8 years, 1 DD, pregnant - I feel these details are probably important in working it all out)

Late 20s, new relationship, no kids, 1-3 times a day.

On holiday yes, at least once, more often twice a day, in normal day to day life, no, more like 2/3 times a week, clustered around weekends, due to being knackered in the week.

We're both pushing 50, together for 28 years, no kids at home.

It was far, far less frequent in our thirties, I was ruled by my hormones/PMT and it was probably only a couple of times a month, around ovulation.

If we weren't so knackered, sex every day would be lovely, we go for quality over quantity though, less than half an hour isn't sex, it's a quickie imho.

Mal - it's good to hear there are better days to come :)

Really interesting malificence, mine is an all time low. But up to baby number four we were a nearly everyday couple....baby number four arrived when I was 34 and my libido has taken a nose dive.

I had a boyfriend who was a 2+/day person.

God, he was fucking boring.

my new dp (53 tomorrow), me (33), four kids between us in the house(my girls 10,5 and 3...his lad 12)

Am going to put it at mid-30's stresser perhaps?

We're at it like rabbits too At least every day, sometimes 2-3 times, depending on what the days held.

I'm 33, he's 34. Been together two years. Have a six year old, a nearly 3 year old and a 13 months old. Going for another!!
