the Fairbrothers show themselves to be patronising and ignorant

Do we really have to keep being subjected to filler material with the Dopeys questioning each other about whether they've made the right decision about the cattle? How many more times, FFS? It's utterly ludicrous when the new cows are in the process of being delivered. That's precious time that could be used by Helen asking how come Knob doesn't hate his mother any more, that is.

Surely when you shut the hens in is when you do the water top up, fencing check etc? Also before you let them out again check security/predators. I don't have hens but I have, erm, hen sat occasionally

I had an enforced break from TA/this thread over half term - blimey I've been sprinting to catch up on here. I shall stiffen my resolve and listen to the panto villainry of last week so I can join in properly.

But Arseula...I KNEW that your surreptitious ornament moving did Not Bode Well.

Still not sure I understand what the cows look like. I really feel they could have spent more time on that.

I remain puzzled by the existence of the Fairbrethren. What are they FOR?

I was waiting for Bert to say fuck off, you wet behind the ears wanker.

I was also under the impression that when you shut the hens up for the night that's when you check that all's well but as I don't have hens - only geese (wild) and ducks Grin I'm no expert.

Never mind cows.

It's unforgivable that the SWs have never previously clarified the existence of a son at Brookfield. Angry I'm so grateful to those lovely Fairbrother boys ...

BYO- I think one of them might have been a sort of dark brown colour-but I'm not sure............

If I was Josh, my solution would be me letting them out and getting them back in- for a price!

BYOS it seems the Fairbrothers are living in the caravan, which David was horrified to see parked on Hollowtree farmyard, and made them promise it was for emergency stopovers only.
It would also seem that Rex is driving a tractor around the yard. Why????

BYOSnowman · 22/02/2016 19:52

A caravan doesn't sound like a shower and good coffee type of place!

I don't get the automatic door closing -how do they know they got in? Or is it just mornings? And aren't the coops supposed to move around? When does that happen?

Love the new name, MrsArthurShappey, or can I call you MrsS? I have to ask, though; do you find yourself always playing Yellow Car?

BYOS the hens that I look after occasionally do put themselves to bed around dusk - but there have sometimes been stragglers pecking that last peck and looking tempting to foxes who have to be ushered in.

I am missing whole chunks deliberately, but caught last nights. Did Carol say something to Gill about missing the black and white cows? I thought they had Herefords at Brookfield.
Can't bear the Helrob story now, too many inconsistencies, the family would not be standing by and letting Ursula take over no way.

Does anyone else think that TA is trying to sow the Lady Mary/Carson relationship with Pip/Bert of late? I'm sure they never used to chew the gat over the cow stalls
