OK, this was posted on another site on January 1st 2014

'Based upon a letter in the DM from a reader who alleged they had overheard "an obnoxiously loud member of TA production team" in a Birmingham restaurant. Believe it at your peril.

Rob is revealed to be homophobic.
Jill will move into Brookfield.
The Grundy's to move back to Grange Farm.
Tom will take over the running of Bridge Farm after Tony has an accident.
Lower Loxley may burn down, but that has yet to be decided upon.
Lynda is to stage Blithe Spirit next Christmas.

Or not, as the case may be...'

How much more will come to pass, I wonder?

You might be on to something there Augusta re. Anna. Didn't Jill say recently that Carol's "antennae were twitching" when they were talking about Rob?

AugustaFinkNottle · 05/04/2016 16:59

'swhat I said, Wips.

Gruach · 05/04/2016 17:02

Ah, there's Jill taking a call somewhere isn't there? That could be something to do with both Tregorrans.

Regarding speedy births - it's been pointed out on t'other thread that Monday was still Sunday so we may miss out Monday altogether. Which would be useful to avoid boring police procedure and give Helen longer to have been in labour. So meeting the new face tonight.

Am I still on the right thread?

Gruach · 05/04/2016 18:10

And, and, and - it's going to be Peggy who discovers whatever fraud or embezzlement or skullduggery Rob has been indulging in at Bridge Farm (or regarding the dowry). She's pretty hot on accounts isn't she?

(Just "realised" that through a clever post on the main thread - and had to remember not to jump up and down shouting Peggy!!!)

EasyToEatTiger · 05/04/2016 19:24

Is Helen taking a break? Or has she gone forever? She has a police cell to contend with, the birth and even possibly stillbirth of her child. Her own death? Poor, poor woman. I hope she survives all this.

KingscoteStaff · 05/04/2016 19:27

Jazzer is working hard????

AugustaFinkNottle · 05/04/2016 19:40

Yes, the reference to Jazzer is totally weird. He was only mentioned in passing, wasn't he, in conjunction with Johnny?

BoreOfWhabylon · 05/04/2016 19:41

So Hell's new face was Dominic Farrell

Hoping Piggoi spotting something unusual will be Stefan's decomposing corpse being yielded up by the Ambridge permafrost/glacier (it's a microclimate, all right?) OR smoke curling from the upper storey of Lower Loxley.

Not sure which I would prefer, tbh.

OP posts:
AugustaFinkNottle · 05/04/2016 19:44

I've just noticed the reference to Christine offering pearls of wisdom to Peggy. Peggy's going to hate that.

Vango · 05/04/2016 22:15

Is Gruach up there not suggesting that Peggy's spotting something unusual in the accounts at Bridge Farm? Hmm

Putthetulipsthere · 06/04/2016 11:08

So it's odds on Helen will have the baby tonight then. Just hope it's a girl.

AugustaFinkNottle · 06/04/2016 11:16

At least it looks as if we might be moving back into real time, if word has reached Radio Susan.

If Pat berating Tom is telling him off for not raising his concerns about Helen, I hope he points out how she was constantly taking Knob's side about the shop and saying how wonderful he was.

BYOSnowman · 06/04/2016 11:37

I assume it is highly unusual for a newborn to be taken from its mother in these circumstances??

DadDadDad · 06/04/2016 11:44

Tonight is being described as: Susan stirs the pot, and Fallon has unwanted company.

Could journalists be appearing at the shop to ask Fallon if she knows Helen...?

AugustaFinkNottle · 06/04/2016 14:22

I assume they'd only remove a newborn from its mother if they thought she was potentially dangerous and if there was nothing they could do to remedy that. I'm no expert, but ISTR that at the time there was a lot of kerfuffle about that woman from Italy for whom a Caesarian was ordered, the issue was that she was so ill that they couldn't assume she could keep her child safe.

BYOSnowman · 06/04/2016 14:36

I thought they did everything possible to keep a baby with mother and would assume they will asses Helen.

Although soc will probably have the baby removed with much screaming from Helen

WannaBe · 06/04/2016 14:37

De-lurking. Helen is only 32 weeks pg isn't she? So the baby would likely be taken to SCBU.

DadDadDad · 06/04/2016 14:44

She's nearly 34 weeks (due date thought to be 19 May), so if gave birth now wouldn't necessarily need SCBU.

Is it possible they'll take the baby away and the terrible thing will be that Helen won't care as it just reminds her of Rob?

WannaBe · 06/04/2016 14:49

But baby could still be small at 34 weeks. Also, some speculation that Rob had been drugging her, could this lead to some kind of issues with the baby?

And of course if rob is still alive and able to give a statement drug use could count against Helen as well so baby could well be removed for its own safety....

DadDadDad · 06/04/2016 20:00

Little win for me from my post at 11:44 (journalists at the shop)

Gruach · 06/04/2016 20:10
Grin

You skipped to the end of the thread didn't you D3?

(Though I'm disappointed by the lack of labour - so far.)

AugustaFinkNottle · 06/04/2016 22:14

D3, I fear Gruach was ahead of you on Monday at 13.15.

Vango · 06/04/2016 22:14

Er, DDD Gruach Mon 04-Apr-16 13:15:09

Vango · 06/04/2016 22:14
