OK, this was posted on another site on January 1st 2014

'Based upon a letter in the DM from a reader who alleged they had overheard "an obnoxiously loud member of TA production team" in a Birmingham restaurant. Believe it at your peril.

Rob is revealed to be homophobic.
Jill will move into Brookfield.
The Grundy's to move back to Grange Farm.
Tom will take over the running of Bridge Farm after Tony has an accident.
Lower Loxley may burn down, but that has yet to be decided upon.
Lynda is to stage Blithe Spirit next Christmas.

Or not, as the case may be...'

How much more will come to pass, I wonder?

Would have been so much more realistic if she had gone for rob to protect Henry and rob overpowered her. I play rugby and I still wouldn't be strong enough to overpower a big man. Especially not when v pregnant!

MrsArthurShappey · 04/04/2016 09:32

Yes (can't believe I'm writing this!) it would have been better for him to try strangling her or something and her (or Henry, or a lurking Kirsty) to whack him over the head with something, knocking him out.

BoreOfWhabylon · 04/04/2016 12:00

Tonght is the "late night phonecall" to Patbot & Moany, I think.

Ursula screaming down the line about what Hells has done?

OP posts:
Vango · 04/04/2016 12:02

Or a continuation of last night's events? Kirsty arrives at BHC, they do whatever needs to be done to Rob (alive/hospital, dead/bury!), then call P&T to take H & H?

BoreOfWhabylon · 04/04/2016 12:06

Yes, that's more likely, Vango (did you used to be somebody else?)

Wonder where Tom trying to help fits in? Trying to feed notdead Knob to the pigs, perhaps?

DadDadDad · 04/04/2016 12:11

Surely if they're following the soap opera clichés, Helen will now go into labour. After all, Tuesday: "Helen encounters a new face", Thursday: "Henry makes a new friend".

Vango · 04/04/2016 12:11

No BoreOfWhabylon! Only ever me. I think I've only written 2 posts on other threads before I finally got sucked in to The Archers threads the other day and now I can't seem to stop! I've been a lurker for donkey's years!

DadDadDad · 04/04/2016 12:12

Helen is nearly 34 weeks and wasn't Henry born at 34 weeks?

Gruach · 04/04/2016 12:14

Surely a continuation.

I'm guessing either revivified Rob or the police suggesting Pat and Tony come and take Henry.

BoreOfWhabylon · 04/04/2016 12:18

So pleased you have finally delurked then, Vango! Grin

OP posts:
Vango · 04/04/2016 12:26

Thank you! I think Tom will just be a person Kirsty calls (she knows he finds Rob 'trying' at the best of times. Tom will be appalled and then start to put two and two together. He'll stupidly bring up the fact that Rob sorted him out with a job in Canada to escape the wedding. Kirsty and Tom will argue about that.

BoreOfWhabylon · 04/04/2016 12:29

You're good at this Vango ! Grin

OP posts:
Vango · 04/04/2016 12:32

Please don't encourage me! I've got nothing done in the last 18 hours! Grin

KingscoteStaff · 04/04/2016 12:40

Surely Bruce is imminent? Could he be the new face/new friend?

Vango · 04/04/2016 12:46

Bruce, Ursula, Dominic Farrell, Anna Tregorran.....they're all on their way!

DadDadDad · 04/04/2016 12:53

I think Friday's strapline is something about an unexpected visitor at the shop, so maybe that could be Bruce? (but of course, it could be anyone, including a recovering Rob? Confused).

Gruach · 04/04/2016 13:15

Depending on what transpired tonight, it may be that, rather than locusts, Fallon finds herself entertaining the ladies and gentlemen of the press at ye olde Ambridge Tea Shoppe.

BoreOfWhabylon · 04/04/2016 20:22

I think you might be right there Gruach

OP posts:
Vango · 05/04/2016 10:50

I'm going to guess that tonight's the night Rob's baby daughter is born.

Gruach · 05/04/2016 10:55

I'm kind of expecting the same - but it will seem very fast - all within 14 minutes. Although I guess that's how it always happens in Ambridge.

GypsyFl0ss · 05/04/2016 13:32

Oh I so want it to be girl and Helen to get her named whilst Knob is inconscious.

GypsyFl0ss · 05/04/2016 13:32

Or even unconscious!

AugustaFinkNottle · 05/04/2016 16:37

Could Dominic Farrell or Anna Tregorran be lawyers? Maybe it's Carol to the rescue with her brilliant lawyer daughter who, with any luck, happens to be an expert in domestic abuse cases.

Abraid2 · 05/04/2016 16:46

Please let the baby be a girl.

WipsGlitter · 05/04/2016 16:49

Is Anna Tregorran not going to be something to do with Carole Tregorran?
