I also agree with a pp who said the road will go ahead and the farm will go on the market - there will be lots of angst and stress (maybe Jill will drop dead from the strain) then the road will be cancelled due to sinkhole and Ruth will still insist on selling causing even greater ructions

SWs winding us up there to be convinced that they were really going to move, then taking away most of the reason for it. But I bet they'll carry on with this nonsense on the basis that starting a new venture would no SO exciting. Sure, we'd all be really excited about spending a fortune moving across the country and another fortune turning a stock farm into a dairy farm. To say nothing of having to pay large chunks of the value of the current farm out to the rellies.
