Hi Ladies!

Happy New Year!

I have a Pulse Nicola, they are not great as a main pushchair but they are ok to keep in the car. The P&T is going on Ebay soon, when I have scrubbed it up. I am using it as a single at the moment so not much point in keeping it really. I am selling them and getting a BJCM.

pebbles79 · 03/01/2010 14:07

Got it from Kiddicare, actually bought two since there are none on ebay so thought I might try my luck with one on there (that and the fact I hate having to postage to Kiddicare and couldn't think what else to order, lol!).

5inthebed · 03/01/2010 14:20

What P&T you got claret? I might be after a single one.

I never knew you could get bumper bars for macs. Are they a new thing?

Micralite have new colours, saw them in a mag, but they don't have them online yet. Black frame as well. Maybe I should get a cheap micralite instead?

Divatheshopaholic · 03/01/2010 14:32

5in, there is apple green p&t locally for 200, if intersted?
anyone seen llyodd tsb( i think0 tv commercial, did you see the cool red buggy?

claret1980 · 03/01/2010 14:33

I have a Sport in Black/charcoal. I all the accessories with it as well.

5inthebed · 03/01/2010 14:36

Wasn't really wanting to pay that much tbh Diva, but I love the green colour. Not sure how much I want to pay really. Just want a single no doubles seat.

Divatheshopaholic · 03/01/2010 14:38

probably wrong color but there is pink camo without double for 165,too

carrielou2007 · 03/01/2010 14:39

Afternoon.

I'm fed up of cleaning but I can't control myself. Keeps me busy, cleaned hall and kitchen floors today twice and on all fours with a rag to 'encourage' this baby that it's time to pop out .

I've sorted through boxes in my dressing room I forgot I had, have so many things I want to stick on ebay but don't want to incase I do have bubs then not here to post. I know it's sod's law, if I hold off splodge will be late like dd, if I list, will arrive.

Maxy that's a long way for someone to drive to get your camper (but think of all the boden clothes you can buy now!!)

How long will you keep the butcher's stripe Nicola before you get bored....

Floor's dry, off to scrub kitchen cuboards!!

5inthebed · 03/01/2010 14:40

lol Diva, totally the wrong colour. I have three boys

CArrie, I saw you'd replied on here, and dashed on hoping for a big birth announcement .Come on baby!

claret1980 · 03/01/2010 14:43

I am listing at the moment. I could do with the P&T going all together as I want some money to put towards a few days away for us all in the summer.

5inthebed · 03/01/2010 17:12

Thats fine Claret, I'm sure someone will give the whole thing a good home

I think I want an air tyred three wheeler. Looking at:
BJCE
Nipper
P&T

What else is there that isn't too pricey?

Divatheshopaholic · 03/01/2010 17:16

5in, apple green pt lady says 165 for the single. is it still too much?

5inthebed · 03/01/2010 17:31

I need to get the cash together first Diva, so can't pay at the present moment, but thanks for asking . It would have been an ieal price as well.

nicolamumof3 · 03/01/2010 17:32

i got all excited then carrielou too!

well i've wanted butchers stripe since they first came out so must be 18m or so. Totally nostalgic reasons i remember sitting in my v.own butchers stripe

mel i'd go for BJCE or the nipper out of those def not p&t as a single. or diva's delicious mb tbh over all of them!!

carrielou2007 · 03/01/2010 17:49

Going to ask the midwife tomorrow how long before I can be induced was awful with dd but going stir crazy.

Dd's dad's birthday today, can't say how old as it makes me go when I think about it have made a yummy coffee cake but no cake is big enough for the amount of candes we would need!

I think the butchers stripe looks really smart, have never ever see one in RL nice and rare.

5inthebed · 03/01/2010 19:00

I'm not really a fan of MBs. Although never pushed one either so can't comment on the push factor.

I'm tempted by butchers stripe as well, but I.dont.want.another.mac. Or so I keep telling myself.

I'm 30 this year, and need to do something exciting before then. Ideas ladies!

nicolamumof3 · 03/01/2010 19:20

Well i want to go to NY for my 40th!! told Dh he needs to get saving as only another 5yrs

i am now wanting a racing green triumph

maxybrown · 03/01/2010 19:36

I have no idea in Kent Nicola, lol.

It is a long way carrie isn't it? DH has promised me some money from it for some clothes for DS and non pronation trainers for me - ooohhh!! Lots of walking to do this year!! Got good price for her so will pay off debt, buy a small caravan and towing car and some savings and buy some bits.......that's where all our money was!!! lol.

I fancy a Butchers stripe, Nicola you are such a bad influence.

I also still fancy cheap 4 seasons or prob better - spitfire lol.

5inthebed · 03/01/2010 19:51

I love the green, but not a fan of triumphs. Neither are you Nicola .

Maxy, you'll be able to buy Nicolas pram in a few weeks lol.

maxybrown · 03/01/2010 19:56

snigger

carrielou2007 · 03/01/2010 20:01

Dd's dad when he was about 19 (when they used to write on stone tablets) had a vw camper and he travelled down to spain in it and spent about 6 months there having a fab time. Some friends of mine sold their's and bought a bongo (??) which I think is similar but cheaper and they go away a lot in it.

If I had anywhere to store it I would buy a caravan (dd's dad sold his not long after I met him) as we are so close to Devon/Dorset could have loads of weekends away. That makes me sound old (well I am) but dd would love it!!

maxybrown · 03/01/2010 20:06

Yes DS loves it too. He will be devasted when Helga leaves, will keep him hidden I think lol! But sure he will love the caravan. Tis me that is most heartbroken, but it is just metal at the end of the day. I am feeling very positive atm......funny. There are so many miserable threads on here (MN) atm and I feel like Tigger lol!! (inbetween being sad about our camper lol) I think I am just looking forward to everything being back "to normal" even though I LOVE Christmas I feel all jumpy ha ha ha

nicolamumof3 · 03/01/2010 20:21

oh maxy i feel just the same atm. NOrmally hate the new year but this year am so looking forward to spring and we have our amazing hols first two weeks of june.

I feel really positive also.

we just took down tree and its nice to have space back tbh! just cleaned all floors and about to have a nice chicken curry yummmm!

yes you are right about the triumphs but the colour is bloody lovely!!

dh not so happy about the butchers stripe haha!! as if thats ever stopped me.

janxmas · 03/01/2010 20:25

Evening all - kids in bed - they are back sharing a room and its quite funny I can hear Luka trying to make Frida laugh by blowing raspberries.
Oh Maxy I always wanted a vw campervan. I drove to madrid once with two lads (well they did all the driving - I sat there admiring the scenery)..in the days when I was single and had sod all responsibilities.
If I was going to get another buggy I think I would like a spitfire. Just won a coat for dd off ebay, but I don't know why I even bid for it tbh

maxybrown · 03/01/2010 20:32

That is exactly how I feel Nicola! Still, rather be feeling like this
We were meant to be taking tree down but it didn't happen due to us going on a "little adventure" so we are now sat eating a fab (if i do say so myself) home made chicken soup come stew thingy ajigy whatsit

I do like the spitfire
