Hi everyone, Just in from work and would like to give a huge big thanks for all your kind comments. I thought i was such a bad mother to have let my child go awol but after reading i know it is so easy. I love mums net well the pushchair thingy. You are all so kind and i am not ashamed to say the only people i feel safe to let it all out so to speak.
I love all the mania about quest or zia nic you sound so much like me it is freaky. I strongly advice you try a bjcm and be done with it. I think you will find it covers the lot. Now i have just sold my diablo to a friend who thinks i am nuts as it is immaculate. I still have a little to go but i will have a bjcm for the next family holiday. I know i hated it last but i think i was just wanting the luna. Lady at Chunkle munkle??? will do a new hood in the same blue as the luna so i can use the retro spot buggy snuggle with the blue hood like the lune.
My life is so upside down just now but i can still think about a pushchair if i try really hard.
I am working on NewYears Eve and the next day but not too fussed as feel a bit odd as this is when i lost my sister but i must say i am soooo looking forward to next year. I have tonns of weight to shift and tonns of confidence to get back and my older sister has suggested a holiday abroad together as she knows i am on the edge.

I will not get the chance i don't think but i would love to wish you all a very happy happy New Year and can't wait to find out if nic has a quest or not. Love and best wishes xxxx

Bexie I am wracking my brains trying to remember there is a company (bit like Babyvalue) that sell reconditioned zias for I think 59. I remember reading it on here so will do a search to see if I can find it . I didn't find the fold was that small, certainly much bigger than the zapp and only a tiny bit smaller than a quest.

I never get bargains or manage to sell on for profit, I tend to buy, change my mind then sell at a loss or hopefully just get back what I paid. Must try harder!!

Basl I am working new years eve and new years day as well.It's rubbish!!!
I am sorry that you are feeling so bad and I would like to pass on a little advice that I was given when going through a dark time.

You need to relearn how to take care of yourself and put yourself first.(If you are not at your best then how can you do your best for the people that rely on you) Take baby steps and set yourself small achievable goals (achieving goals will build your confidence and self esteem)
Give yourself a gift every day!
It can be something as simple as a walk or a lovely bubble bath but make sure you do it every day.
I hope things start to look brighter for you soon x

I think the giving yourself a gift everyday rule can do us all good.It is very easy as a wives and mothers to put everyone's needs before ours,and as we are often the lynch pin of family life it it very important that we look after our needs too!

OOh lilly that's very good. I never buy for myself....or even have a bath, nothing and it does bloody get to you. I don't read anymore or anything I like to do. Basl I have loads of weight to shift this year too. I had real problem with my feet and struggled to walk but hopefully that is sorted now so lots of exercise this year!! I am the biggest I have ever been and although TBH that doesn't actually depress me, I would like to be slimmer. I meant to say last time, we have also let DS wander off. I was washing up (really there's a surprise!) and DH was upstairs. I heard the door go and presumed it was DH nipping out to the van.....DS had never opened the door...anyway after a while I thought I better see what he is up to as it was very quiet.........he was outide bare foot running up and down the street, must have been out for about 10 mins it is a nightmare once they can open doors by themselves!!

That's really good Lillypie. I remember when dd was tiny I used to say to myself 'if I just clean my bathroom today that will be good' and even if the rest of the house was a tip I felt better. I'm very analy retentive so found the loss of control hard. I need order to keep me sane but losing it made me climb the walls a lot bit.

I've just had my treat, had my nails done. I have them done every 3 weeks, not false nails as I strong long nails (I have very thick hair too) but I have gel in french that lasts about 3 weeks. I have to wash my hands at work with every patient so nail varnish is no good. Just had my toes done in deep pink - yummy!! It's my friend's business and she comes to the house and charges less for me .

My feet are so swollen they at least make them look half human! A week to go but dd was 15 days late

DD's ballet shoes have just come through the post,she has gone upstairs to watch herself dancing in the big mirror in my bedroom.
