ah glad to be of assistance. i saw it earlier today and only clicked bit later....duh! they had over a 100 in stock anyway. Nice colour! Wish they reclined, as so much sturdier than the zia.

What's the difference between BJCE and the classic anyone?

5inthebed · 12/01/2010 19:38

Liking your new three wheeler dis. I could do with a cheapy like that for the snow.

I want a bjce

basl · 12/01/2010 19:46

Hi everyone, ohhh i was getting all tense with that few, couple thread. I had to stop reading. Glad it is resolved now dis. maxy i read a review about this question and i think they are almost the same. The hood is square on the classic, it does not have the flip up foot rest and i think it was something to do with an extra way to access the basket. Not sure about if it has a console? The review felt that for the extra money they were not bothered for these extras. I love the flip up foot rest as this was always a concern of mine when daniel could not rest his legs. He still has tonns of room for legs. I love the bubble hood but the basket has never been a problem to access so the extra access was not a problem. Hope that helped?

Here is the link with some pics of my elite. www.picturetrail.com/marieturner5@btinternet.

nicolamumof3 · 12/01/2010 20:02

like the flip out footrest for younger babies! good idea.

basl · 12/01/2010 20:05

There is so much room when it is warm and no footmuff required. Olivia can jump on and sit on the footrest and i tell you could hardly tell you where pushing a 41/2 year old and 17mth old. The penny has finally dropped and i just love this pushchair.I have been into town with it today and it never caused any probs in town or on off the bus.

nicolamumof3 · 12/01/2010 20:16

im getting used to using my nipper more in town now. def been seeing alot more 3wheelers about in the snow!

BexieID · 12/01/2010 21:02

Oh Diva, I had dreams about your MB last night and DP thinks I should just get one buggy . Oh well, will need to stick with P&T and cdrive for awhile longer, lol. Was it one of the ladies off the pram board that bought it?

Divatheshopaholic · 12/01/2010 21:57

Bexie,Sold it on ebay. let me know, whe you sell cdrive, i will have it back if ds is still in buggy.

BexieID · 12/01/2010 22:34

Oh, we could have done a part swap, lol. I think the carrycot would have fitted the urban. Not used it yet, lol. Erin is 3 weeks old today.

Theres 4 urban colours I want. Orange stripey one, 50s, moss and plum.

nappyaddict · 13/01/2010 04:46

Just been looking at this anyone tried one?

nappyaddict · 13/01/2010 05:24

BTW is M&P Pipi from Argos the same as M&P nipi?

carrielou2007 · 13/01/2010 07:49

Morning

Lots of snow here this morning and still snowing. Hopefully my Bee was picked up yesterday so could come today or tomorrow though in this snow...

I rang my local hosptial (MW led unit only) last night to say if I do go into labour could I go there due to the snow but due to lots of the factors of dd's birth they won't take me!! I don't WANT to go there but...!!

FlyMeToDunoon · 13/01/2010 08:30

Morning.
Surely in an emergency they would have to carrielou. Snow here too. Just waiting to hear if the school open. The BJCC is at Maidstone so might come out today...... hmmmmm

nicolamumof3 · 13/01/2010 08:32

How will you drive 25miles in the snow tho hunnie? bloody weather eh?

we've woken up to a 2/3cm again this morning and snowing hard now. Maxy whats weather like your way?

DH has interview in Manchester tomorrow and is driving up to Morecambe to stay with his folks this morning. Its snowing hard tho hear now and has beeen for a while.

Nappy i like the look of that obaby i do rate them tbh when i had that one before. yes the pippi is same as old colours of nipi!

maxybrown · 13/01/2010 09:01

Ooh is he Nicola?! It is ok here atm. No extra snow yet at all. Mum said they had had a very small sprinkling - she is other side to Manchester from me.
I might attempt going to my Mums but will have to go without pushchair I think

OOh about baby jogger dunoon! be fab for you in this weather.

Carrielou, it makes me laugh really because if you went into imminent labour at home say - they would just have to sort it wouldn't they regardless. Hope you're ok

basl · 13/01/2010 09:05

morning, Nappy i really liked the look of that one. Kiddicare offe the four wheeled one now which is on pre order. It is designed to be a bit more stable for the car seat. I have wondered if anyone has tried it. Oh i am loving chatting about pushchairs again.

carrielou2007 · 13/01/2010 09:16

They would refuse me if I got there they said, not that I want to go there reay as I want a epidural this time !! There was a story in the local paper not long ago about a mum in labour refused - BUT she had lots of health problems - they actually said in he paper they could not afford the cost of a taxi to Bristol so called am ambulance insted !!!

My bee is at the Bristol depot so could come out today!! Tpical, sold something on ebay but I'm not going out today to post if!

basl · 13/01/2010 09:23

carrielou2007 fingers x for you. Hope everything works out for you. I was born on a freezing cold winter Dec 22nd 1970 in the ambulance outside a gas plant thingy. My dad delivered me (eewwww) Everything was fine and my dad always tells the tale. The funny thing is a married a gas man

maxybrown · 13/01/2010 09:33

Well good luck carrielou!

basl · 13/01/2010 09:40

Morning Maxy, Anymore thoughts on the baby jogger. I wish i could let you borrow mine.

maxybrown · 13/01/2010 09:46

Oh Basl you are so lovely! Yes would love to try one. It's that thing isn't it of what if one doesn't like it if they buy one! I have thought of ordering one from a catalougue to have a play in the house

nappyaddict · 13/01/2010 09:59
