carrielou i can't believe you only have 6 weeks to go!! thats gone so fast.

i'd keep xt out as you might use it for dd still on long days out if you are with someone else?

ScattyKatty · 18/11/2009 15:51

Just got back from Mummy and baby group to find a missed parcel slip, it's with the neighbour but they've gone out! How rude

I wonder if it's green baggies, either padded jacket or the red shaggy hoody....exciting time

Does anyone have the dinosaur long john twin pack? Are they nice?

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/11/2009 19:15

Lodger bunker not for you Nicola?

nicolamumof3 · 18/11/2009 19:17

not bowled over by it no, and its alot of money, could be putting towards my xlr fund

5inthebed · 18/11/2009 19:40

I'm so tired today! DS3 had me awake from 3 this morning, an by the time he went back down at half 4, I was wide awake . Typical. Then had a bloke come to help me fill out ds2's DLA renewal forms which took two boringly long hours.

I can't way I'd use a lodger on a toddler, look very snug for babies though.

Got loads of compliments on the BJCM with lime stars BS today at school .

All these babies due soon as well. Not making me broody at all, hoping to get some sleepful nights some time soon!

maxybrown · 18/11/2009 19:42

Oh I use lodger for James, he loves it and so so snug. Feel bit daft now!! He has lots of room in it though.

nicolamumof3 · 18/11/2009 19:47

Evening all
Left work early today as I wasn't feeling well - came home and slept for 4 hours - bliss. Feeling much better now.
Maxy is your hoody a zipped one? - ds hates me pulling tops over his head. May well have another pair of Gap pjs for you as I put a pair of luka tonight and they are getting too small - 12-18 months white with a blue check.

I am still looking for a footmuff for xlr - has to be cheap though as I owe dp some money for the camera he bought recently.

citybranch · 18/11/2009 20:11

Hi everyone,

appreciate the welcomes!

I sold some bits at an NCT nearly new sale a couple of months ago and the cheque finally arrived today! So Mountain Buggy/ other all terrain buggy hunt is seriously on, i'm finding they sell for wildly different amounts on ebay, when they are pickup only!

Also came across those LandRover buggies... has anyone had one? Apparently very light indeed.

Or any other recommendations for an off roader? It is for muddy park/forest.

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/11/2009 20:16

Citybranch whereabouts in the country are you?

maxybrown · 18/11/2009 20:17

Nipper? lol, I love mine! I have fixed wheel version though.

Hmm Jan, no it isn't a zipped one. Has a few buttons I think. It is too big for DS you see.

OP posts:
citybranch · 18/11/2009 20:21

I'm in Essex.

Yes nipper would fit the bill too, hmmmm.

nicolamumof3 · 18/11/2009 20:38

5inthebed · 18/11/2009 20:40

That looks lovely and snug Nicola. Does the fleece liner come off?

ScattyKatty · 18/11/2009 20:43

I bought DS a Rocha top today in 3-4! It fits perfectly, I'm quite horrified

He's only 22 months.

maxybrown · 18/11/2009 20:46

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH sob sob sniff I want it. It is different to mine though, the fleec bit looks quite different.

OP posts:
ScattyKatty · 18/11/2009 20:48

It's looks like a blanket!

nicolamumof3 · 18/11/2009 20:59

yes the liner comes off, its reversible liner soft fleecey one side and then thicker fleece the either, the flexibility is good as you can have it three different ways. It is well made i like the way the liner attaches would really stay in place well. but i want/need an XLR in black/champagne!!

maxybrown · 18/11/2009 21:01

Yes it does, doesn't move at all. have you seen the bit to pull it in around the head? I didn't notice those two pockets that hold the adjusters til last week

OP posts:
nicolamumof3 · 18/11/2009 21:03

yeah lol, theres the piccie there with the head bit drawn in.

citybranch · 18/11/2009 21:07

Nicola I have just asked DH to take a pic of the hoody on his digital camera to upload... now he is being all funny about me selling it! It was his SIL who bought it for DS you see.

However DS has tons of clothes and all the best ones have been pinched lost at nursery so I don't know when he'll wear it! (Got a Paul Frank Julius hoody in TKMaxx and it is lost after 2 wears .)

I'll get back to you about it.. DH is a bloody hoarder sometimes, won't get rid of anything if he 'likes' it....

maxybrown · 18/11/2009 21:12

sorry, I am such a dope head

OP posts:
janx · 18/11/2009 21:12

Hey citybranch - I am a picadilly line commuter - think we have spoken before? MB are great - even though mine is fairly old I do love it - ds looks so comfy in it.
Maxy - want a zippy one really

SK - ds wears 3-4 in A&A - he is nearly 2 - reckon some brands do come up really small though

Like the Lodger Nic - my xlr is looking v bare.
