I had a sheepskin in the carrycot of the Bugaboo, and I thought it was lovely, nicer for him to lie on and made him a bot higher up too.

Bye Rachel

ScattyKatty · 01/11/2009 20:48

bit higher

FlyMeToDunoon · 01/11/2009 20:48

Thank you but I was just referring to a cheap three wheeler.
Had a sheepskin and didn't find it much use. In winter DD had a footmuff. In summer when she was little I found it made her slide down the pushchair seat. Now maybe if I had had her in the summer....
SIL had one because she had a Maclaren for newborn and wanted to make it more comfy.

nicolamumof3 · 01/11/2009 20:52

i liked my sheepskin liner, but agree dunoon, in summer not right in winter you have a footmuff. in a pram carrycot tho...nice i'd say.

carriedababi · 01/11/2009 20:56

dunoon, come back to my sylvnaian thread, ive uploaded the pic

carrielou2007 · 01/11/2009 21:00

Dd was born in Jan and whilst in carrycot had blankets but with apron not footmuff on top so thought might make it a bit more snuggly. Prob a useless purchase then, I should be a bit better at this second time around

FlyMeToDunoon · 01/11/2009 21:01

Ooooh pictures of sylvanians must dash.
Actually DP is wanting to watch battlestar galactica on the computer now so bye all.

Mumof · 01/11/2009 21:57

evening ladies

oh my goodness the twins are still in the xfactor! I think its cos we can all relate to their bad dancing somehow or else their gran phones in alot

sal1309 · 01/11/2009 22:12

evening all

hope your all ok

Took dd trick and treating with her little friends last night and she loved it, it was good fun.

SK if you dont get the zapp bag ive got a bnib black one looking for £15 delivered if interested. Sorry to hear about the death of your friend.

nicolamumof3 · 01/11/2009 22:15

lol mumof, i reckon its something like that. i am finding x factor a little weird this year, is it just me?

ScattyKatty · 01/11/2009 22:26

Thanks Sal. It was really bizarre, I collected the Pashley and was feeling all pleased with myself that I'd saved the money up and then I looked on facebook and I had a message from another friend saying there had been an accident

Thanks for the bag offer, £15 would be a bit of a stretch for me right now as Pashley has broken me but if I can't get the £10 new one on the board then I will deffo try and get yours as I need the travel bag to take it to the IL's for Crimbo.

X factor is crappy, not Strictly I do like Stacey and Olly though.

Mumof · 01/11/2009 22:29

lol nic, why why why do the stylists put the twins in those white trousers with the gusset hanging about their mid thighs tho? am I the only one who notices that? we used to call them gobbeeee catchers

sal1309 · 01/11/2009 22:30

aww sk that must of been awful. No worries on the bag i wish i could go lower but it cost me £25 lol (bought it thinking it would fit the zia i had lol) hope you get the one off the board.

dh has just gone into work as he is covering duty call for someone this weekend so probably wont see him till the morning now lol.

ScattyKatty · 01/11/2009 22:36

Ha just checked the board and she has sold it

I totally understand if you can't go any lower, I'll have to have a little think about it if that's ok.

I thought I was really organised with present buying as I'd done DS and DH but I'd forgotten that I need to get my DSM something, 1 brother, 2 sisters, Mother and Father and we always swap with DS's best wee friend so that actually means I have tons left

nicolamumof3 · 02/11/2009 09:59

Morning all, bit of peace as luka has started his extra morning at nursery, so glad to get back into the routine.

so should really go and get on with my huge (as always) basket of ironing!!

FlyMeToDunoon · 02/11/2009 10:30

Hurrah everyone is back at school/nursery!

I've been moving my living room around. Am I the only one who has a summer and winter furniture positions?

So glad kids are back, lovely and quiet here. Local kids are so noisy, lots of teenagers coming in and out the block. Drives me mad!

FlyMeToDunoon · 02/11/2009 13:07

Have had to give up on the two three wheelers. Above my budget. So if anyone sees a cheapy three wheeler in the kent area please let me know. I should have had that UD Maxy.
Still I am saving money-[stiff upper lip emoticon]

nicolamumof3 · 02/11/2009 13:24
