Hello and welcome.

I think my weight loss has been effected by my lack of jogging now. I used to jog 3/4 times a week so wonder if that stopping has made me stay the same. I really need to watch what i eat very strictly and go to bed at a decent time. I just read lack of sleep produces a hormone that makes you hungry. Ahhh haaaaa thats why i am fat. Its the no sleep not the pizza and cheese and crackers and crisps.

If only that were the case eh. Hey maybe i could let my Dh read the article and he would let me stay in bed longer in the morning just so i would lose the weight. Lol

Aww basl you do make me and as for your dh letting you have a sleep

I am just a bit less than before I was pregnant now, I do love to eat especially when pregnant . I didn't put on that much this time, about two and a half stoe then in telast three weeks antoher stone still not quite where I want to be though.

Jsut catching up with all the news.
I had a great time up in Scotland. Basl I got off the train and we all walked up to.......TigerLilly's! Had a fabulous lunch there with a deal including rose sparkling wine. Mmmmmmm. We did meals a lot this time which was very nice and every morning I savoured the fact that I was Alone! Shopping featured too although despite trying very hard all I got was some body lotion from Arran Aromatics.
5in so glad to hear you are in and getting it the way you want. Happy Days.
carrielou I wish we all lived in a street in Edinburgh together. Could babysit each others DC, try out each others prams and have the most fabulous girly nights, in or out.
Nicola I get the hormonal migraines. Usually connected to my period. Do you take some painkillers straight away when any headache appears? That works for me most of the time. Just have to catch it very early.Otherwise sleep is the only cure.

Another week here we go! Got my to do list for this morning then off to my dads for lunch today as its his birthday with the boys. Dh back to work so nice to do something easy and enjoyable with them! My stepsister is over from spain with her daughters so should be a nice afternoon if sun stays out.

Think we'll do the park as nice and easy. Must do some washing of course and will have to check up on the state of the house as DP was in charge for the weekend.

Oh and Nicola I would like some of those beaded name tags. Will discuss later as now I must prise myself out of bed

Just off for my long walk today and chat to my CM about hours/money etc when I go back to work dc's dad doesn't know yet as not speaking AGAIN!!

Got some firemen coming around later (seriously!!) to check smoke alarms/fire exits etc, they said they have to come in the fire engine in case they get a shout - yummy even though they will prob all be about 50!!

ooh carrielou we had this last year!! Boys loved it got to sit in fire engine and turn on lights! dd will have a great time!!

Flyme i am so pleased you had a great weekend. Really sounds like you made the most of it. Is George street not fantastic eh? I just love it. I think a little trip to Edinburgh should be compulsory to all mums needing a break. There really is something for everyone. Big air kisses to you luvie!!!

Now i am having a visit today from some kind of Mental Health Assesment person. It was all booked way back when i was feeling really bad and i was put on a list. Well i am absolutely ill thinking about her coming to my house and what we are going to talk about. I am feeling loads better but still have many problems to solve so do you think it's still a good think or should i call and cancel?

Goodness i have a driving lesson as well. Double wammy nervousness today girls.

Just having a little giggle to myslef thinking you will all be saying " Yeah your mad alright keep the appointment" [grin}

oh and Carrie i am going to WW tomorrow so i have one month just subscribed to SW again that i don't need. If you want to email me i can give you my log on and password and you can use it for the month. Great tool if you are actually sticking to the diet So if you let me know because it is not going to be used for the month. xx

Olivia told the nursery that i leave the dirty washing all over the floor and her dad is always shouting at me to pick it up. Ahhhh and she told them i jog to get rid of my huge tummy. Oh and i broke daniel's arm.

Hello ladies, been on my hols, just back yesterday.
Took Bee and BOB and just as well, BOB had a puncture on arrival! Had to keep pumping him up LOL!

Came home to new Bee Plus (was delivered to FIL's 10 mins after we left for hols!) but I'm not loving it (yet??)

What have I missed? Any new purchases?
