I agree that I don’t think the photos are great. I can tell you have decluttered to the max, but the staging / decor isn’t aspirational enough for me. Get rid of the blue boxes in the kitchen, the caps by the front door , the fleece throws on the sofa and the pouf. There’s nothing about the house which says ‘nice lifestyle’; I know that sounds cheesy and naff but it needs to appeal to a buyer; and only one remember. What are there items in your photos saying really to the views? A really small example would be the fleece throws - get something with a more appealing texture - wool / cotton in a neutral colour for example. It’s small touches that build a more appealing visual language. The blue fleece give children or teenage boys vibe to me. If I was a young mum looking for my first family home for husband and baby, I’d probably find affinity with a neutral / natural boho vibe for example. For staging purposes I would only put those in kids bedrooms for example. I would imagine your target buyer would be a couple with a baby, or a divorcee who has a child and needs a home office, so what are those people looking for. Not everyone has a creative eye to imagine potential so there is a need to present a vision even if it’s just hints at a vision. Those people would both be looking for something calm, perhaps a cozy / chic / fashionable feel. It’s not awful as it is but it’s not Wow! This is for me. If no one comes along, I would get rid of the shabby chic decor touches like the little mirrors on the stairs and put up one huge modern mirror and a statement hanging plant, or a big piece of feature artwork. Something aspirational, either towards a more luxe / modern feel, or artsy. Currently it’s ok but it’s also giving ok lifestyle which I don’t think sells it very well because I can see it would work well for a young family or a single person and kid/s. Best of luck xox
