That larger house/hotel describes one of the suites as "a romantic and playful concept, with undertones of feminine authority".

Suddenly it all makes sense! Whoever is behind these developments deserves to make a significant loss on them for that level of pretension. They must have more money than either common sense or good taste.

Air BNB, sorry, Optimum rental in space.

Looks bloody dangerous. Like the ridiculous AI-generated photos of small spaces I keep seeing, except this is real Confused.

I lived in a small flat years ago with a mezzanine bedroom, but I don't remember it being as dangerously designed as this - though it did have a ladder, not stairs, which wasn't great.

And is the photographer on some kind of arty power trip? I don't get photo 7 at all.

400k for a draughty stable and a bed that is going to smell of chip fat all the time??

No thanks!

Eye mask? Industrial strength drugs?

Horse tranquilisers perhaps

  1. It's NOT detached, as stated.
  2. The lovely sun-trap courtyard is ACTUALLY the car parking space.
  3. The layout and design are really poorly thought out.
  4. The mezzanine looks so dangerous, did this actually meet planning regs for use as a sleeping space?
  5. Why a full-size wine fridge in such a tiny pad?

Such a let down for what could have been made into a nice renovation at a less ridiculous price. The buyer is paying for over-the-top, unnecessary pretentious luxuries (if you can call them that).

Why the pictures of the close up of the flooring and a handle in the kitchen? What's the picture of the triangular hole with some kind of lit up fireman's pole for goblins?

'Coach hoose' aka converted garage.
