Is this the cheapest area in the uk to buy a 3 bed detached? Just can't believe how much house you get for your money!

Probably £900k (south coast), just for the view.

Funnily enough I went to an auction for a house of roughly this size and, shall we say, "quality" just a few days ago. Sold for NZ$1.420M. I felt so sorry for the buyers. They'll have to spend another $100K to get it into shape and even then I wouldn't want it.

£220k for the closest size where we live under 10 miles away.
I wouldn’t want to live in Patna though.

About £400-800k depending on where in Norfolk it was. Probably above a million in Burnham market

It is possible to buy a 3 bed for 210,000 though

Notwithstanding the views £750k to £850k around here (Surrey) but that's eyeing up the development potential of a substantial side extension to turn it into 4/5 beds and a price tag of about £1.2m. Surrey.

I think the views are a little misleading.
It os pretty hard to buy any house roudn there without views, so i doubt that they get the premium they would elsewhere

Thats far smaller though. Smaller bedrooms, only 1 bathroom (other had 3), much smaller garden and no view.
They really need to get better pictures taken.

That is soo much house for the money.

Maybe 300k to 350k, old area around 600k

£1.5m in my part of London. No view like that though and no off street parking!

Price definitely reflects area, and it's not considered the cheapest place to live, although it is close by.
