Nemo - am sooooooooooooo scared!!! Literally DH has said i am not allowed to get excited until I get a proper BFP with a cleablue on Tuesday but just feel like soooooooooooo excited. OH PLEASE GOD let this be the real thing!!

OK Ladies - lets hold off on the congrats.

Cold harsh reality of this morning and i got a BFN with another test i used. Now it wasn't the same make of test but it was a definite BFN!!

Bit gutted as would have liked just a faint little line but a big fat zero!!

So have decided that its still early days, am only on CD24 so am going to not test again until Monday. We are going away for the weekend to visit friends so that should take my mind if it hopefully.....ye right!

Feeling a bit deflated after last night but the fat lady hasn't sung so keeping everything crossed!!

oh honney, the thing is thou was it an ltra early test or a normal one? they do say to wait for a few days b4 retesting don't they.

The one last night was an ultra early test
The one this morning, was an early one I think but can't be sure as instructios don't say the amount of hormone etc

Am standing under the dust and keeping all crossed the witch stays away!!

I suspect as it's notthe ultra one there's prob not enought hormones quite yet, but honney that was definatly a BFP definatly there was two strong lines there.

(((hugs))) how about a first responce test?

pretty sure booze wouldn't have any effects either - girls what's ur take on that? - in fact i'd think it watered the pee down more cos of all the fluids? lets do a check.

right then here goes

not sure if this is the same for all tests but would assume so, this one says alcohol doesn't effect the results.

wow bella! i am keeping everything crossed for you...........sounds EXACTLY like my early test (i was nine dpo) you MUST wait 2 days between tests to see any difference or stronger lines.......and an early test may well show before a 'normal' one. woah, deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep breath, how VERY very exciting!
theres no way wine can appear as a BFP -chuckle- its HCG hormone only that makes the line coloured. (evap lines are colourless)
may your line just keep getting darker and darker hun.

Munz my scan is 16th Aug! so quite a way, away yet!!! lookingforward to it though, especially as we didn't get a 12 week scan last time just hoping all is ok with beanie, although still feel sick, so, so far so good!

bella some of the advertised early tests dont actually show any earlier than the normal ones...the ebay ones do as they test for half the hormone level and there is no denying that test was a v, definte positive.

DQ sleep whats that, must admit when im pg im no good at sleeping tend to go to bed 12.30 ish and am woken at 5.45 by ds so permanently tired..ds is asleep now but am making use of time by catching up...pmsl

Bella: A + is a +. I am sure that the first one was just more sensitive. I do understand why you are being cautiously optimistic though. (I am actually 7 weeks and I still wonder if I am really pg. despite the fact that I feel sick all of the time; exhausted to the point of sleep-walking through my day; and have the world's sorest boobs.

I have boked my own scan for August 9th. Part of me wanted to have an earlier date but I guess that 9 weeks is a pretty good time to see a bean so I will grit my teeth and try to make it through the next 2 1/2 weeks. DH will be home on the weekend of the 6th so that should help me pass the last anxious couple of days,,,

Wendy: I am thinking of you and hoping that all is still well. Really praying that your scan next week will show that bean is thriving. I don't think that I properly said that I had a similar experience with DS2 and he is now 3. I don't in any way want to trivialise what you are experiencing with this horrible wait but my thoughts are with you and your DH.

Well all the mini adventure is over ad my AF has made an appearance right on Q !!!

Not sure what the hell that other test was all about!!

definately no chance of it being an implantion bleed as also did another test just to make sure (as you do)!

Am gutted as you can imagine......I realy did have my hopes up!!
