Hey folks. Thought I’d set up a thread for those expecting in September next year. I got my bfp yesterday at 10dpo on Christmas Day 🥹. I think my due date would be around 6th September. It would be nice to keep in touch with some ladies going through similar things. Xxx

Joining after receiving a bfp yesterday, according to flo I'm 4 weeks today but I reckon I'm a few days ahead as I think I ovulated on dpo10. EDD is 18th September which will be my little boys third birthday. Wishing everyone the best of luck 🤞

My edd is 6th sept im measuring 5w 5d, anyone else the same and had a scan at this stage?

My edd is also 6th September! I have a scan next Wednesday when I should be 6w 3d. Looking forward to seeing if it’s actually a thing! How was it seeing your blob? Haha sorry for the probably crass names for baby. I’m only just coming round to thinking of it as a real baby, although no evidence yet apart from a line on a stick…

Also sounds like you’re measuring bang on schedule. That must be reassuring??

Hi yes it is reasurring and said it can be nornal to see nothing on a acan that early but i thought i would see a yolk sac atleast 😐! Ohh exciting u should hopefully see a bit more by then, good luck! I have to gp back on the 23rd for another scan xx

I found out last Sunday I was also pregnant. Iv had 3 mc and struggled with fertility in between but mainly last 6 month. So was ecstatic when it came up pregnant.

i have been feeling really tired, moody, bloated and sore boobs for the past week.

how has everyone else been? Any symptoms?

I had a scan at six weeks with my little girl, but I knew from when I’d ovulated that I was actually more like 5 weeks 5 days. They couldn’t see a foetal pole or heartbeat, just a sac (I think there was a yolk sac too), but by the time they re-scanned two weeks later, everything was looking perfect. It’s probably just too early to see anything else!

Can I join? Got my bfp earlier this week. Edd September 8th but fully expecting to be put back a week as I always have been. This will be baby #4. So far feeling ok just tired and dealing with migraines which I'm hoping will ease off quickly!

I do some exercise but I've been lazy recently. I don't know if it's pregnancy or the time of the year. I think just do what you're comfortable with and don't over do it.

I've booked a NIPT test for when I'm 10 weeks, so just under 5 weeks to wait.

What’s nipt test? Is anyone going to do the gender blood test at 6 weeks ? Xxx

Nope, never even heard of it!! I found out last time at 16 weeks with private scan. Think I want a surprise this time though…! Although other half doesn’t haha

The NIPT is a blood screening test that's more advanced than the regular test the NHS does. The NHS do offer this test but only to women whose score on their screening test is below a certain level. I'm just doing it as I'm 40 and so more likely to have issues and I want the result as soon as possible. Because it looks at chromosomes it also has the bonus of identifying the sex of the baby.

I had a scan yesterday at 7+2 after some light bleeding. Everything looked good and we saw the heartbeat. It was really reassuring x

Hello, can I join you? I’m 4+5 today, found out earlier in the week, but even if I haven’t had a positive test I could have guessed. I’m so bloated I can barely do my trousers up 😂 this is my third and it’s been like this for me each time

@ThisGiddySeal what are we gonna do about these partners!🤣 I half feel like by the time it gets to 20 weeks I may have changed my mind. But I would really like to wait & have that ‘its a boy / girl’ moment!

I felt awfully sick on 1st January convinced I was pregnant. Got my positive this week. I think my due date will be around 20th.

I already have 2 little boys age 4 and 2. So excited to welcome a new bundle 🤍

My last two pregnancies I felt really sick straight away but this time I feel different? I'm sure sickness will kick in soon 😂

Morning congratulations! We’re exactly the same time along. I feel the same, so bloated. This is my first time pregnant and I’m definitely feeling bloated. My tummy is definitely more rounded already which is insane as the baby is the size of a poppy seed 🤣

Had my reassurance scan yesterday at 6+4 and saw a little blob with a heartbeat! Baby was measuring smaller than my dates, but I’m not worried about that, as I know it can be wildly out at this point, and I also have no idea when I ovulated. Either way, we had a heartbeat, and that’s all really matters 🙌🏻♥️
