Hey folks. Thought I’d set up a thread for those expecting in September next year. I got my bfp yesterday at 10dpo on Christmas Day 🥹. I think my due date would be around 6th September. It would be nice to keep in touch with some ladies going through similar things. Xxx

Hey all not sure what my due date is - but doing the maths I think I'm due in September.... Is anyone taking any anti sickness medication as I have been prescribed Metoclopramide. This is my third pregnancy and very unplanned so I feel all over the place emotionally. I haven't done any prep and only just started taking folic acid so I'm super worried about the fetus . Also I have two girls so I feel like everyone will be disappointed if it's another girl.

Hi all, hoping to join if that’s ok. This is my first pregnancy/baby (other than a chemical pregnancy in August). Had my first positive digital on 31st Dec, EDD 5th September although I ovulated late so think I’m running a week behind.

I have an early reassurance scan booked for 8+1 (I think I’ll be 7+1) as feel very anxious.

How is everyone feeling? I have sore boobs and definitely drinking/weeing more. One episode of nausea but otherwise appetite is either high or just a bit off. A bit sleepy and strangely calm (my husband said it’s weird how calm I am!). I’m glad I don’t feel sick but I’d rather have more symptoms to know things are going in the right direction if you know what I mean?! Have occasional cramps but not had any bleeding or spotting, and got my 3+ at what would be 5 weeks based on ovulation so no bad signs I’m just paranoid.

I know exactly how you feel!!! I literally already look 5 months pregnant when I’m only about 5 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am the same, the button on my jeans is being undone within 30 seconds of putting them on and I am only 6 weeks tomorrow 😂 Not sure I will be able to blame Christmas chocolate for long enough!

Hi, I took Metoclopramide in a previous pregnancy. I found it head and shoulders above Cyclizine which the midwife prescribed me first. Cyclizine is an anti- histamine and it made me so drowsy I couldn't look after my daughter.
How are you getting on with Metoclopramide and how far along are you? Nausea is the worst. Really feel for you. Mine has not hit yet this time and I am 6+3.

I know what you mean about there being disappointment if the third child is the same sex as the other. I have two boys and I'm currently pregnant. I don't have gender disappointment but I know those around me will think I'm crazy having another child but if it's a girl they'll be more excited rather than thinking "another boy?!".

No idea how far a long I am . I don't track my period as it's so unpredictable. The husband and I mentioned - what are the odds. We never get time alone as we have two kids and the one time we do the deed we get pregnant. This time the sickness has hit me a hundred times worse .

Literally I know if I have a boy there will be no judgement but if I have a girl it will be your having another girl conversation.

Is this your first pregnancy? I find the bloat mad crazy the first time .

No this is my 4th, my youngest is 7 months so not sure if it is because of a smaller gap this time. I don't remember being bloated like this with any of the others so early on.

I have just been prescribed cyclizene and feel so guilty and anxious to take it but I feel so unwell it's keeping me up all night so struggling to cope.xx

Im 4w5d ive been having low back pain for the last week pretty much since my positive test has anyone else been having this?!

It does seem to get worse in certain positions and ease with rest but its giving me some worry 🥴 I know ligaments start to relax just feels a bit early

I have spoken with EPU and they are going to scan me at six weeks due to my history but suppose I am just looking for some stories to get me through the next week ❤️

Is anybody else really struggling with going to the loo!? i have no problem with peeing but the other end! It’s making me feel so bloated and uncomfortable, I have an early scan on the 23rd Jan where I will be 7+4 fingers crossed all good! 🤞🏽 only symptoms I have are the constipation and really sore nipples 😅

Hi everyone! I have had positive tests for the last 4 days now and this will be my first baby at 26! My LMP was 8/12/25 which would put me at 5 weeks today but I'm not sure exactly when I ovulated during that cycle as it isn't the same every month and it was the first time last year I didn't actually track it! Two days ago I had a digital saying 1-2 weeks and while I know they aren't the most reliable, it's made me think I probably ovulated a bit later last cycle? EDD 14th September

I feel so guilty and scared aswell - I keep pushing the dark thoughts to the back of my mind ! But I have to push through as I have two other children . My two year old is wild so I have to force myself be a parent. How old are you ? This is my third and I'm 36 so I feel super duper duper old and tired.

Hi everyone - joining tentatively. I just got a positive but my last pregnancy (which was also my first) ended in MMC in November. So I am very very nervous but also excited (and nauseous).

Joining but am super, super early! Got my BFP today and due date is 26 September so I'm just under 4 weeks. Feeling the nausea already and the bloating has been off the scale the last week or so!
