Just back from my GP check up - all looking good. I’ve really bad back pain the last few days and he reckons I might have pulled something. Recommended exercises and a birthing ball

Looks like I’ve had my bloody show. Currently in triage waiting for the doctor to decide what to do 🙈

Looks like it was my show but I have no pain at all. Minus pelvis pressure as he’s moved lower again so it hurts to walk. Doctor was happy for me to go home as old blood, not fresh but I have to go straight back if I start getting pains or turns to fresh blood.cervix closed currently but has got very low down, using eyes she said there wasn’t much measurement left. We’re hoping baby will hold of for his planned section tomorrow. If he doesn’t I will go down for cat 3 emergency today. I’m back this morning got my pre op and b12 injection. So if any pain starts already in the right place xxx

Oh he seriously loves to keep you on your toes haha think hes going to be a little character already!! Either way your so close to finally have him in your arms and no more what ifs! Youve done brilliant coping with all the uncertainty this pregnancy has brought you xxx

The doctor I saw last night has seen me so many times in this pregnancy she said the exact thing. He already loves keeping me on my toes. She did say of course he might try come early now when we have the c section tomorrow 😅 yeah so close now I can’t wait. Thank you!! I hope your sweep today goes well and gets things going xxx

I agree was bound to happen haha. Oh im praying it works! Ive never looked forward to giving birth so much haha im sure once contractions hit and I suddenly remeber how much the pain hurts ill be changing my mind hahaha xxx

Well sweeps all done, cervix very ready babys very engaged, 2cm so everything is on track. She said she could of broke my waters if she wanted too so fingers crossed baby boy will be here on time xxx

thankfully no labour for me still getting old blood as I wipe but still no pains etc. so hopefully he holds off until tomorrow morning. Got to be at the hospital for 7:30am 😅

Good luck tomorrow! Can’t wait for the update. Hope you manage to get a bit of sleep this evening, but I can’t imagine it’ll be very easy to!

I got a few contractions but went once i went asleep so feeling disappointed this morning!
