@Pregnantera Thank you, my GP has referred me for physio now, and I know some of the things to avoid from my last pregnancy so fingers (but not legs!) crossed!
Welcome @MangoVirgo - definitely good to keep busy as long as you're resting too when you need it. I'm also jealous that you're running! I ran until 22 weeks last pregnancy, but had to stop at 6 weeks this time because of the bleed which thankfully seems to have stopped now.
Dee51121 - I don't want to tag you to bring you back in to the thread but if you are reading this I am so so sorry and I hope you are doing as well as you can be. Wishing you all the luck in the world and I hope a 2026 baby is still in your future.
@Juno2026 Hopefully your morning sickness will be better by then! It does improve for most people. I had some kind of nausea until about half way through in my last pregnancy, but it got so much more bearable before it finally disappeared! Did you get your NIPT blood test results yet?
@SummerSolstice25 Oh I'm so sorry you're feeling so anxious, there really is nothing like pregnancy anxiety. I don't think I have anything more constructive to add to what has already been said but each day your baby is getting stronger and you really do have more chance of having a healthy baby now than not.
My updates are that I have my dating scan tomorrow, still very sick boo, still desperately trying to pull everything together for my Dad's funeral next week, and I've also received an official autism diagnosis which has brought a great sense of relief.
