Just had a positive, faint line and a 1-2 on clear blue. This puts my due date as April 2nd. Anyone else??

i have a 1 year old but it doesn’t make this pregnancy any less anxiety inducing!

Ive had a very very faint line today, and estimate my edd 7th April. Boobs slightly sore, but been feeling nauseous. It’ll be my 5th baby, 1st with my current partner. I’m 43 and hadn’t been trying, my mirena coil dislodged 🙈

@Ter355a that's good to hear, I'll collect mine from the pharmacy tomorrow. Glad you've given me the heads up you had a day of spotting, that would have freaked me the fuck out. My appt is at 9.25 how funny 🤣

Hey, very cautiously joining at only 10DPO, had a positive test yesterday and had two positives this morning, one clearblue and one pink dye.

Had a chemical in April so hoping it sticks 🤞

My flo app is saying 11th April predicted DD. Pretty sure I conceived on 19th or 20th, which were days 15 and 16 of my 25 day cycle.

I've done another test this morning (another 48h) and it's darker again. It's really helping me feel less anxious. Will do a digital weeks one tomorrow and really really hope it's 2-3 as it should be by then.

@hollyhocks2 thank you ❤️ that’s great about line progression, it definitely eases the anxiety. I’m due on today so just hoping I don’t bleed 🤞

Hi, hope you all don’t mind me joining! i got a positive this morning on a cheapie so waiting till tomorrow to take a CB or FR. This will be my second baby, i have little boy who is 2 in September.

So sorry to hear about everyone’s previous struggles/ losses. i have 3 miscarriages while i was trying for my first so hoping i have a sticky little bean this time round.

I still talk to some of the mumsnet mums from my first baby and it’s such a good community. the group went to FB and then we created a WhatsApp group so was really easy to chat!

How is everyone doing with symptoms? I'm beyond exhausted and can't stop falling asleep. I'm lucky that I work from home but feeling bad that I must be sleeping at least 12h a day.

I'm experiencing some faint nausea, but mostly just feeling tired too! I'm supposed to be leading a 6 hour meeting next Wednesday and I'm really dreading it.

I used the NHS due date calculator this morning and it's given me a date of 3rd April, which is Good Friday!

Whats the earliest private scan anyone's had??

I bought a clear blue as I wasnt getting really much line progression on my cheapies and the CB errored I almost cried!! Gonna get another after payday but thats not till next Wed. Debating booking an early scan maybe 7 weeks?? But can you see anything at that point?

With my first i had a scan at 9 weeks and he was just a little bean. This is my 2nd pregnancy but my partners first child [DS is with ex husband] so im trying not to overthink too much for him but im testing my cheapies every day first thing until I run out of them and they aren't getting super dark and im paranoid!!

Due 4th april and I have a 25 day cycle so my period was due last sat i think that makes me 5 days post period due idk all the terms etc sorry!! 🫣

I'm trying to wait until 8 weeks. I don't think I'd accept the reassurance if I had an earlier one so I may as well wait.
My EPU scans from 7 weeks, so does the private clinic near me so I'm assuming that's best but I know people who have been much sooner just to check placement.

I think this time round I might get a NIPT as I’m a little older now

@Mamajoojoo289936im having a scan at 7 weeks, I had one at 6w1d my first 😅 I probably would have went earlier but the clinic I’ve chosen only does it from 7 weeks and they charge £45 as opposed to others round here charging £75/£80

I'm having mixed feelings about the early scan I've got. It's at 6 weeks. It might be too early to see a heartbeat but even if I do it won't settle my nerves much. I was one of the unlucky ones with my last pregnancy to see a heartbeat between 7 and 8 weeks and then start bleeding only a few days later.

Oh girls. This is really bloody hard isn't it. And then I think of the others on the TTC thread and feel guilty for feeling sorry for myself.

i know what you mean about feeling guilty but it’s easels days and when you’ve had past struggles it’s so hard not to be nervous. I got a positive this morning and I’m so happy and already planning when to tell family but i just said to my husband i don’t want too get too excited until wev passed 8 weeks

I’ve had non stop diarrhoea since the positive test. I have IBS but it must be anxiety! Keep thinking I’ll bleed. I’m the same, my 9,10 -and 11dpo lines don’t look that different which is worrying me.

I’m booking an early sign just to make sure it’s in the right place more than anything. I’m a worrier, as you can tell lol 😂

Hi ladies, tentatively jumping on here if that's ok. I was Ttc for a couple of years and after a couple of losses we had our miracle little girl just before my 42nd birthday last October. She's 10 months tomorrow and I'm still BF. Never in a million years did I think it would happen again, we've only dtd like 5 times since she was born and I was planning on starting contraception this October as I'm turning 43. Turns out fate had other ideas.. I feel so guilty because I've basically cried non stop since finding out 2 days ago. It's probably a combination of hormones and tiredness as the baby isn't sleeping at the moment and all I keep thinking is how the hell are we going to manage when I feel like I'm barely keeping my head above water now 🙈 I'm so happy that if all goes well she'll potentially have a sibling which I never thought would happen, I'm just feeling so overwhelmed though

@Sez281 wow what a journey, congratulations ❤️ but it’s totally understandable to feel overwhelmed when you’d never have expected this to happen after the long journey for your lovely DD. Be kind to yourself. My sis is about 18 months older than me and we are lifelong friends, it is such a lovely, close gap for your kids to have. Good luck :) x
