I have just had a positive result! Looks like I’m due early March 2026.
Second baby for me, eldest is 9 in September.

Thought it would be lovely to have somewhere to share our progress

I have no symptoms either, completely reduced the last week since 5.5 weeks. Maybe just slightly sore boobs in the evening briefly. Quite glad as I'm on holiday and able to just enjoy it and not overthink things.
Hope you can try to enjoy too

@worldwidetravel2017 sending you lots of positive thoughts. i know some people bleed and it ends well ❤️ everything crossed for you. What time are you going back to the hospital today? Are they planning on doing hCG bloods?

@mumtrovert I'm in the minority that doesn't like CB and never bought them (my wallet is thanking me). Seen so many people complain about them, including weeks. Saw people panicking weeks weren't going but scans were fine, hCG was doubling as it should... I think they aren't always accurate. Let us know how you get on.

Thank you

Its all okay

Hcg was 7000 yest am

They scanned me this am

Pregnancy is as theyd expect for 5w4days

I do have a small haematoma

Very tentatively waving hello after a BFP this morning that took me by surprise as I had been convinced I was out this month after a negative at 12dpo!

Been trying about a year for baby no 1 and tried preseed lube this month so maybe it was that Grin

As per LMP should be 4 weeks today so we'll see how it all goes!

Haha! We also tried pre-seed for the first time to conceive this pregnancy (also my first) and we wondered the exact same thing! 😂 Could be complete coincidence, we’ll never know but would be interested to know results of any studies!

@Orangelover welcome 💕 I appreciate it must've not been easy when it's taken a while to conceive. How are you feeling??
@worldwidetravel2017 oh lovely news 💕

littlefox90 · 16/07/2025 13:28

So I'm 6w 2 d and been throwing myself into work to try a overcome the anxiety. Waking at 5am every day feeling awful, shaky and unsettled. Felt anxious all morning, started work at 8am, then as I started feeling a bit better and thinking this shift is going to do me good i fainted! Anyone else fainted early pregnancy. I'm now back home trying to keep calm and cool off infront of the fan 😩

Never fainted before. Not sure if it was the heat, anxiety or what. Blood pressure was 108/80

Was scary though

MummyV2021 · 16/07/2025 13:41

For anyone not in the Facebook group I thought I would share that I’ve been for my private reassurance scan today and saw little bean with a flickering heartbeat measuring 6+1 (my exact dates) 🥰 also for further reassurance and for people worried about line progression… my tests (FRER and cheapies) just tipped ever so slightly to dye stealers at 16DPO but never went any further than that so I stopped testing. I did do a cheapie yesterday and was still the same. Whereas with my MMC my lines went to almost all test line and no control line. Crazy! I guess we all know line progression isn’t something that can be relied on but still do it anyway for reassurance. But thought I’d share in case this helps anyone else. Here’s hoping my little jelly baby sticks around to be my 2nd rainbow baby 🥰

Scribblespree · 16/07/2025 14:27

Aww congratulations @MummyV2021 so glad to hear everything went ok at the scan. That must’ve been so reassuring! Thanks for sharing about your test results, it’s good to hear about how much it varies and to remember to try not put much stock in them, and that if your lines aren’t as strong as you’d expect it doesn’t necessarily mean anything bad at all!

I have just started spotting this afternoon which has shaken me a bit. I know it’s supposed to be very common but admit I couldn’t help but feel reassured to see clear white tissue paper every time I wiped prior to this. It’s light brown in colour and there are little bits of stringy tissue (sorry if tmi) in it too which is the part that has me most worried. Supposed to be telling family at the end of this week and don’t have my first scan until Monday, so even though I always knew it was a risk, I can’t help but feel silly, almost a fraud even, telling them they’re going to be grandparents/great grandparents when there may already be some evidence to the contrary and I have no guarantee I still will be pregnant in a few days.
I know brown spotting can be common though, just wish it was happening. Has anyone experiences similar in other pregnancies where it was either the first sign of loss or still resulted in a healthy pregnancy?

FiveXthechaos · 16/07/2025 15:15

I don't know what it is but the Facebook link just will not work for me at all, just keeps saying the group is hidden or removed, but officially 6 weeks today and I seem to be super gassy 🤭

LevelOneAgain · 16/07/2025 16:46

I still cant break into the Facebook group, but I'm not tech savvy!

@MummyV2021i wish you all the luck, lovely to see the little jelly bean!

@Scribblespreei have fingers crossed for you. I saw DS as a jelly bean due to spotting but it was around about the 6 week mark and they decided it was likely implantation bleeding so I hope that's the case for you too.

I'm worrying today about how much flying I might be doing in the first half of this pregnancy. Holiday next week, flying for work in August, probably also September and then another holiday in October! (Booked holidays after almost giving up TTC as it took 14 months to get here. Typical isn't it.) Just seems a lot... Though 3 of 4 trips are very short flights and 4th is about 3 hours so none are exactly long haul. Don't want to tell work early so I'm resigned to flying in August. By September they'll know, but it'll be too close to time to rebook someone else for the job. Has anyone flown often while pregnant?

Aww
Sorry to hear
Havent fainted but do have the early wake ups

CL05071998 · 16/07/2025 18:51

@Scribblespree so sorry to hear this. I've had it happen in two previous pregnancies, once at 10weeks where it started as a heavy bleed then eased to spotting and all was fine, hes a near 2 year old sitting on me watching cartoons right now.
Then back in April at roughly 6 weeks I had spotting that came and went and came back again and ended in an incomplete miscarriage at 8 weeks.
So really just to say every one and every pregnancy is so different, so hard not to worry, but try and distract your mind until your scan as it is so out of your control xx

The early wake ups are awful. Hard to distract myself at 5am!

Baby26 · 16/07/2025 19:20

When have people's booking appointments been? I got a text today to tell me mine is a month away - I'll be 9 weeks. I'm sure that's much later than my last two!

FlossiePot91 · 16/07/2025 19:43

@littlefox90could it be the heat getting to you too? I’ve definitely been feeling really sicky and light headed this past few days after the warm weekend.
@MummyV2021love the jelly bean scan, so nice to see them on the screen isn’t it.
@Scribblespreesorry to hear this, it’s so scary at any point after getting that positive. Really hope it’s all ok and just normal.
@Baby26my booking app is 9wk1day I was just under 9 for the last one so ours seem about the same?

Hoping I’ve caught up with most messages 🙈
Has anyone else just been in such a mood, I can’t seem to shake it I’m annoyed with everything at the moment 😢

mummymanic · 16/07/2025 19:45

Hi everyone. Got my BFP yesterday so thought I’d join. I think im 4w1d so very very tiny poppy seed. Happy to be here with you all 💛

TheFutureIs · 16/07/2025 19:57

So ridiculously tired today, had a nap after the school run this afternoon and heading to bed now. Only went to support at my schools sports day today (my day off)

Mine with my current DC was pretty late- closer to 10 weeks I think! But I've been offered an appointment for this one next week which is much earlier!

Hope everyone is doing ok. I'm away and having a good time but also feel like I'm hungover all the time!

Scribblespree · 16/07/2025 20:37

Thank you @FlossiePot91 ,@LevelOneAgain and @CL05071998
The not knowing is killing more than the not having control over the outcome. @CL05071998 thank you for sharing your experience, really appreciate it. Am curious to know I what if any scans you had between that 6w and 8w period?

@Baby26 my booking appointment is scheduled for when I’m 10w1d.

FiveXthechaos · 16/07/2025 20:53

I must be like one of the only ones that hasn't sorted out my booking appt yet aha, you all seem so organised.

CL05071998 · 16/07/2025 21:28

@Scribblespree with the loss in April, I started spotting end of March and my test lines disnt really get darker. I got a GP app who referred me to EPU and faffed my dates a little as they saod they really dont see people until the 8 week mark( as they said you dont see a lot and dates can be off(I'm in ireland) so when I got seen they said there was no heartbeat but that could be due to dates, but I knew myself and I had a scan then 10 days later. So a lot of waiting and not knowing, so totally understand how you feel. But like I said before, with my son I was full sure it would end bad and when I had the scan he was bouncing around the place at 10 weeks. So all going well your scan will be a positive experience xx

Apricotjam23 · 16/07/2025 21:30

@worldwidetravel2017 that’s good news, must be such a relief. My friend had a haematoma and bled for 14 weeks, she found it very worrying but that same baby is a 14 year old now!

PickleThePenguin · 17/07/2025 04:59

Morning all, joining the group but not the most positive post!

I received a positive pregnancy test on Tuesday (12dpo) and should be due end of March. Last night I had a small amount of brown spotting, so am now concerned it's going to be a chemical.

Can't see any spotting this morning and my temp and heart rate are still raised, so crossing my fingers. I had a MMC in Feb so am apprehensive and worried anyway, so this isn't helping.

I'm still feeling low level nausea like I did last time but boobs aren't as sore!
