I have just had a positive result! Looks like I’m due early March 2026.
Second baby for me, eldest is 9 in September.

Thought it would be lovely to have somewhere to share our progress

All the symptoms are definitely reassuring! I have carried on testing though, got a stack of tests in the bathroom. May as well use them 🤣

No I’m not continuing to test. I did another on Wednesday I think it was but that’s it. I was the same boy previous pregnancies. For me this week it’s mainly been tiredness. On Thursday I was absolutely exhausted. Got some extra sleep the last couple nights with some earlier nights which has helped. Little bit cramping on Tuesday or Wednesday I think it was and that’s it really. I think previously a lot of symptoms didn’t kick in until around 6 weeks. @TheFutureIswith my DS I was sooo hungry all the time. Plus I felt sick when I needed to eat so had to eat as soon as I woke up pretty much to stop feeling ill lol and throughout the day. Constant snacking

SummerLover89 · 28/06/2025 09:39

Guilty! I have tested every day for last 4 days as can't quite believe it/want to be reassured that it's definitely happening. Probably should stop.
I'm a bit early that you , only just hit 4 weeks so only thing I'm feeling is some cramps and slight sore boobs starting. Feel quite tired but putting that down to the heat and being busy for now...

DobryWieczor · 28/06/2025 09:50

I’ve not been testing much. Tested on Wednesday when I got home but not since then. I’m super tired but it’s also combined with a really busy week to return to work and a work trip already. My sleeping pattern has changed as a result - I go to sleep early and wake up ultra early (usually because I need to pee). Peeing a lot (but also trying to keep hydrated) and trying to eat well because I will worry otherwise. My boobs are quite sensitive too (although not painful) and I’ve had a lot of mild cramps.

Peanutbutterjelly123 · 28/06/2025 10:05

I’ve been testing every morning, I have loads to use up so may as well! Eases my mind seeing the line progress even though I know it doesn’t mean much 😂

SummerLover89 · 28/06/2025 10:13

Oh one other thing, I'm not normally a very emotional or weepy person but someone did something really minor yesterday
and it brought tears to my eyes, I came over all weepy 😂😂
Is this a symptom?! Maybe surge in hormones 🤷‍♀️

Bumblebee1984 · 28/06/2025 10:27

@SummerLover89yup definitely could be a symptom. The hormones can make you so emotional

cryptide · 28/06/2025 10:28

DobryWieczor · 27/06/2025 12:30

I’m so worried about the drinking! I have a series of work events next week and I think not drinking for one could be excusable, but four on the trot is definitely suspicious.

I’ve not been testing every day, but I did test again yesterday and the line came up immediately and was dark. I’m so excited 🥰

Tell them you're doing dry July.

TheFutureIs · 28/06/2025 10:43

@SummerLover89yes to hormones, but be warned it goes on forever once you’re a mum! Tiny things can set me off. Never used to be like that
Think I got away with saying “early start, can’t drink 2 days in a row” last night. My DP suggested saying “dry July” tonight at the wedding. Think I’m going to have a glass of fizz that I make last all night

Hey, I hope it’s okay to join :)
I got my first super faint positive at 8dpo after our fourth mc in May, so I’m very anxiously dipping my toe in. I’m hoping this time we have a healthy pregnancy as my tests are now stealing the dye even in diluted pee which I didn’t see with our losses so I’m hoping this is a good sign. I also got my 3+ on my digital yesterday at 4+1… I actually have a question about dates because if I use an online due date calculator it puts me at 4+6, if I count on my calendar I’m 4+2 today, but if I look at my chart it’s 4+3? How on earth is this possible and which date do I take notice of? I’m assuming because I’m so flipping tired all the time I’m being a bit stupid 😆 I’ll attach a screenshot

When was the first date of your last period?

OP posts:
elephantsneverforget19 · 28/06/2025 19:33

29/05

Stardust127 · 28/06/2025 19:50

@TheFutureIs hope your events this weekend go well. You could just say you’re hungover so that’s why you’re not drinking? I always used that excuse when I was early on with my son. Me and my husband were out all the time (not always necessarily drinking though) so it was believable 😅

I started progesterone pessaries last night. They were prescribed by the doctor I was under the care of at the recurrent miscarriage clinic. I had some light pink spotting earlier, a small amount while wiping. Thankfully it stopped. My cervix was also quite low earlier. I was so, so upset as this cycle day is the same day I lost the other 2. I have read a lot online and apparently the progesterone pessaries can cause both things to happen. Honestly when this sort of thing happens and it’s literally your biggest fear it’s the worst feeling ever. Keeping everything crossed that all stays well.

I last tested this morning and my lines are getting stronger so I’ve decided to stop testing now. It will only torment me if I keep testing, comparing ever so slight (and probably non existent) changes to the tests

xx

TheFutureIs · 28/06/2025 23:51

@elephantsneverforget19I agree with your dates then. Who knows where the others are from?
I survived both events, my colleagues were definitely suspicious but survived the wedding by timing trips to the bar when others weren’t there. Pretended to sip a glass of wine I was given.

Peanutbutterjelly123 · 29/06/2025 06:44

@elephantsneverforget19 could your period have been an implantation bleed? I’d be inclined to think your further along if your getting a dye stealer and 3+ at 4+1.

either way, a gentle congratulations ❤️ I hope this is a sticky one xx

Peanutbutterjelly123 · 29/06/2025 06:46

On the drinking front, I’m not a big drinker but do drink lager so just go for a non-alcoholic version. Yet to have somebody tell me they have noticed the difference 😅

hormones are wild! I have been so moody the last week or so, my poor husband is walking on egg shells. Can’t do right for wrong but i just can’t snap out of it 😔

Bumblebee1984 · 29/06/2025 07:22

Welcome @elephantsneverforget19my last period was also 29/05 however my cycles are usually around 27 days so as of today I’m 4+4. These dates usually all change at your scan anyway and they’ll give you your due date from the baby’s measurements.

@TheFutureIsglad you managed to survive the wedding. And who cares what they were thinking

@Stardust127thats a good idea to stop testing. Hoping the progesterone helps you

no, definitely wasn’t implantation bleeding. I’m 100% sure of my dates 😊 thank you x x

Thank you 😊 mine are 24 days usually, give or take a day or two sometimes, but they’re fairly consistent. I’m hoping I even get far enough for a scan that can actually measure a living little being. Our last four pregnancies have all been mc, but before 2021 we have had four healthy babies, the youngest arrived in 2020.

Ohwelldone · 29/06/2025 09:33

Hi Everyone and Congratulations!
I'm about 5+2 according to my app, so due at the start of March. I had a MMC in October so I'll be on edge until I see something on the scan I think.
I've not really got any symptoms yet either, the odd mild wave of nausea and a bit tired.

Peanutbutterjelly123 · 29/06/2025 11:28

How do you all stop obsessing over line progression?
Im not letting myself test more than once a day, but it’s so hard not to get worried about it 😔
I don’t think it helps I don’t know how many DPO I am either

TheFutureIs · 29/06/2025 11:51

I’m at the point that once my period date is gone, tomorrow, I’ll stop testing. Can’t test today as I’m at DP house and didn’t bring any with me.
I do have a couple of tests that estimate how many weeks so will do those a few weeks apart

Congratulations everyone!! I got my BFP on Monday and apparently am due around the 8th March 💃🏼

I also need to get myself to stop testing 🙈 I took one final one today as my husband has been away this week so telling him the news tonight when he gets home!

BeastAngelMadwoman · 29/06/2025 12:37

Just had a BFP this morning. Not due on until Tuesday so it's very early days but I'd be due March 2026. Will be DC2 but wasn't really planned so feeling all sorts of emotions.

BeastAngelMadwoman · 29/06/2025 12:40

I still can't really believe it tbh- I've had a few strange symptoms that made me wonder hence tearing but it's definitely not sunk in yet.
