I have just had a positive result! Looks like I’m due early March 2026.
Second baby for me, eldest is 9 in September.

Thought it would be lovely to have somewhere to share our progress

I have just got a faint positive at 9dpo. So excited but nervous. I had a TFMR last May which has now tainted pregnancy a bit for me and it has taken a whole year to conceive again. I am so happy to see the line but scared and I really hope this pregnancy goes better.
Anyway I do not want to be the Debbie downer of the group 🤣🤣

So sorry for your loss. That did make me laugh about not wanting to be the Debbie downer of the group 😂 but please don’t think like that - we’re here to listen & to support. I had 2 mc in Jan and Feb this year before this pregnancy so I’m super nervous too xx

You absolutely aren't.

There are multiple of us on here with not so great previous experiences.
I was even thinking of making a group for people with previous loss/infertility etc. so we can be freely anxious and cautious without the risk of upsetting others 😂 a lot of people will be migrating to the FB group so wouldn't be a bad thing to have a specific group where we can chat with the same people.
If anyone wants this, react to this message 😀 if there are 10 or more reactions, I'll create it.

I found out recently i’m pregnant, and due March 2025. I’m petrified though as having the following symtoms. Everything is telling me it’s normal but I don’t think I’ll end up with a baby at the end of this 😞

light pink/brown mucus, never in knickers only when i wipe. It happened yesterday and today and didn’t last long.

Tests today are lighter but i’ve been drinking loads, and took the test in the afternoon instead of morning.

No other symptoms, maybe my boobs hurt a bit but i feel like im imagining it

Everythingisokay · 10/07/2025 15:47

@LivelyPombear pinkish and brown mucus is normally normal as it's a sign of implantation 👍🙏
How many DPO are you?

I’m not sure as I don’t know when I ovulated. I could be anywhere between 4w3d and 5w

Tentatively stepping my foot in here.. already seen a couple of familiar faces from our IVF thread! 👋🏼

I’m 33, I have a DS who will be 3 in November who is also an IVF baby. I had an embryo transfer in May which sadly ended as a chemical. I decided to do another transfer in June as my HCG was only 10 at 13dpt and then went down to 2 at 15dpt. Thankfully I had another positive when I tested at 9dp5dt but again it was so faint I thought I was having another chemical… however it has progressed, now at 14dpt (19dpo) it is pretty much the same colour as control line with FRER and my HCG yesterday was 363. Google tells me that’s a very good number so I’m starting to let myself hope that all will be OK. Back tomorrow for another one where hopefully it’s doubled. It’s so hard to stay level headed when everyone else’s tests are darker than mine, but just hoping my emby implanted a bit later and has made up for it now.

Sorry, long winded, but I just can’t let myself get too excited yet 🥺 hoping I come on here with good news tomorrow. I have bloating, tiredness, mild cramps, sore boobs, some mild nausea and peeing more.

4+5 today and EDD 14th March 🤍

Same eed :)

Nice to see you on this thread :)

I’m so sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Hopefully this will pregnancy will work out beautifully and you’ll get your rainbow baby ✨🌈
This is my first pregnancy too, and I’m worried, so can only imagine how hard pregnancy after loss will feel x

Thank you so much

And congrats to you too

Hello! I’m joining the club! I tested positive on Monday 7th July and will be exactly 5 weeks tomorrow, provisional due date Friday 13th (oops!) March. First time pregnancy although had a chemical pregnancy in February the day after testing positive. So far my symptoms are mild cramps, sore nipples and light headaches. Haven’t told anyone except my partner as yet and made no plans for anything, doesn’t really feel real yet and don’t want to get too excited in case it doesn’t work out! Not sure if I should book in an early scan or if we should just wait it out until the 12 week one I have booked in August?

mumtrovert · 10/07/2025 17:52

Of course, we’re EDD twins! @worldwidetravel2017

Redsky01 · 10/07/2025 18:08

Hey. I tried joining the Facebook page but wouldn't allow me. All my symptoms are gone so kinda freaked out. Due date 13th March.

Mummysparrow · 10/07/2025 18:13

@Redsky01try not to worry. I know it is easier said than done though.symptoms don't mean anything tbh. I know women with missed miscarriages who were still getting symptoms and I had no symptoms other than indigestion last pregnancy and everything was ok. I would say enjoy not feeling sick. Etc.

Redsky01 · 10/07/2025 18:15

@Mummysparrow thanks

Ohwelldone · 10/07/2025 19:14

@Redsky01 I had all the symptoms previously with a MMC, this time my symptoms are definitely milder so far, I'm 7 weeks today and the last week my nausea has picked up a bit, mainly in the morning ...
Anyone else absolutely ravenous? That's today's newest symptom, everytime I've started a meal even midway through, I feel sooo hungry!

Everythingisokay · 10/07/2025 19:34

Lying in bed with my DC after a rough day. It was one of those really hard days where I think 'motherhood is so difficult'. I then have fears that something would happen to the baby because, if I'm not enjoying motherhood (I do most of the time but I'm also so knackered!), I don't deserve a second child.
I know it's irrational but that's what goes through my head. Can anyone relate?

Everythingisokay · 10/07/2025 19:37

My husband can sometimes be away for work frequently, other times he's hardly ever away.
So I think trying to be the best mum, doing the usual household chores, working, etc, it can get a bit rough. But I wouldn't have it any other way.
Counting days till DH is back.
I also had some cramping which I'm pretty sure was intestinal but when it started, my mind just went haywire.
Excited to have a nice cup of tea with a book and relax a little.

Apricotjam23 · 10/07/2025 20:10

Hi everyone @Everythingisokay i find I get more cramps when I’m tired- definitely try and get some rest if you can.

I’ve got a 7 week scan booked next week. Super nervous not sure how I’m going to wait that long.

is anyone else thinking of booking a private NIPT scan and if so which one? I was thinking of the Panorama test as it can be done from 9 weeks and we are going on holiday at 10 weeks so would have to wait h tim we get back before doing a different NIPT

Apricotjam23 · 10/07/2025 20:25

@Mummysparrow just to say wishing you all the best and thank you for sharing your story.

Everythingisokay · 10/07/2025 20:25

@Apricotjam23 not planning to unless NHS combined one came back as high risk.

Mushroo · 10/07/2025 20:47

@Apricotjam23 i got the NIPT last time and will definitely get it again.

I wasn’t high risk or anything but I really liked knowing that broadly everything was ok at 10 weeks, compared to the NHS waiting till 12 weeks, then a further wait if they do flag anything.

Plus a big bonus of finding out the sex!

Mushroo · 10/07/2025 20:48

@Apricotjam23 i can’t remember which type it was though - I think our clinic offered a couple of options

Mummysparrow · 10/07/2025 20:49

Anyone else hate the badger notes app. I had it with last pregnancy last year and I couldn't see notes or scan properly on there. Just before I lost the baby I had all the scans and note printed out for me. I really hope they have sorted the app out 😬

EmilyF88 · 10/07/2025 21:21

@Mummysparrowit’s absolutely rubbish 🤣
I couldn’t understand any of my notes on it last time.

bookworm24 · 10/07/2025 21:33

Welcome to everyone who has joined in the last few days 😊

@TheFutureIsthat sounds like a great deal. Used reusable nappies with my youngest and loved them. You can get so many cute designs. Sadly got rid of them and all my baby stuff years ago so will need to start a collection again soon. Will wait until at least my first scan end of August.
There are lots of good sales on at the moment though tempting me.

I am now 5weeks 2days and so far suffering with really sore breasts this week and cramping has seemed to have settled down. No sickness yet but am expecting it over the next few weeks. Also have had swollen legs after work this week, think it’s the heat and mixture of standing and sitting all day. May have to start wearing compression socks soon but just too hot for it at the moment.
