I have just had a positive result! Looks like I’m due early March 2026.
Second baby for me, eldest is 9 in September.

Thought it would be lovely to have somewhere to share our progress

Any one else really thirsty/really dry mouth? Especially in the morning, I just need to down a big glass of water when I wake up! Feel like I'm just waiting for the nausea/sickness to appear, I'm 5 weeks and my last pregnancy it started at about 6 weeks and lasted untill my wee one was born, though when I had a MMC I didnt have really have any nausea, so I feel like it would be a good sign even tho it really sucks....

Is anyone from Ireland?

I'm also getting the insomnia! Absolutely shattered during the day and then lying awake at night!

@yayimallama yes to the dry mouth! Need to down water as soon as I wake. (At 5am), honestly why the lack of being able to sleep?!

Hi, I’d like to join the club too! First time pregnancy and 5+6 today. Took a while for it to sink in as we’d been trying for nearly a year. EDD is 7th March so think I have some EDD twins in this thread!

Main symptoms so far have been very sore breasts, peeing allll the time and waking up super early nearly every day. I’ve also noticed I currently hate olives and the smell of truffle - I’m Italian so this is very unusual for me 😂

Thank you! 🤍 I’ll be 5 weeks tomorrow. Last beta at 13dp5dt (equivalent to 18dpo) was 363. Anything over 730 today and I’ll be sooo happy. Should find out this afternoon.

Just got the call. 719! Obviously I’m delighted but part of me is disappointed it’s not more which is SO silly. It’s 98% increase so practically doubled, just 7 off 😅

👋I found out I'm pregnant a few days ago and think I'm due 19th March. Had some mild nausea already and keep waking up early in the morning. Today I'm just soo thirsty but it is super hot as well.

@mumtrovertthats great! I had a beta at 9dp5dt which was 29 and they said it was borderline, but then had another at 13dp5dt which was 155 which the clinic was happier with and said it could just have implanted later than normal. Having another beta tomorrow (17dp5dt) so here’s hoping it’s at least 620 🤞. Do you know how long your clinic will keep doing betas for?

I've had some cramping today which had made me anxious but it could just be intestinal pain from yesterday. Feeling so sleepy. Off today, hanging out with my lovely DC, wanting to sleep. So hot in here, we are even keeping our blinds mostly closed 😂
DH returns tomorrow evening so I'll definitely be napping on Sunday.

No more betas now.. clinic are happy. They didn’t even think I should have a beta, they said they only do it if there’s any concern, which they said there wasn’t any. But my tests were so much fainter than other people’s so paid extra to have them. I think I just implanted late also, perhaps around 6/7dpt (IVF). Now just waiting for my scan on the 30th.. but will do a Clearblue on 5+3 (next Tues) to hopefully see that 3+ weeks which means my hCG is over 2200!

Question - Last period was April; and no idea when I ovulated. Positive test on the 25th June (was negative Monday 23rd). Early scan exactly 3 weeks after BFP. Is that a long enough gap to see a viable pregnancy? By my calculations I think it would mean I’d have to be around 6 and a half weeks by scan time?

how long after your BFP are you going for your early scans?

I need to go on medication so need it to be as early as possible but don’t want to go too early and end up more anxious. EPU are being delightfully helpful as usual 🙃

Can i join? I’m 27 and am 6 weeks, 2 days pregnant with baby number 2, due 4th March. I have a DS who just turned 2 in June.
