I have just had a positive result! Looks like I’m due early March 2026.
Second baby for me, eldest is 9 in September.

Thought it would be lovely to have somewhere to share our progress

Lying awake with anxiety.. (does that happen to anyone else?) probably cos tomorrow is re-testing day. DH is away for work so it's even harder.
Hoping everyone is well 🙏

Bumblebee1984 · 09/07/2025 05:33

My scan also cost £75 and booked for 8weeks on 23rd July. I’ve never had one before. I didn’t bother the last 2 times. But I did do a gender scan both times at 16/17 weeks and will do same again.

@Everythingisokaythe age gap between my son and baby will be the same. Just under 3 years. We purposely waited until he was 2 to start as wanted around 3 years. He’s so full on too so not sure I’d have coped with a baby right now 😂

I’m sorry to hear so many of you have had such difficult journeys to get here and for the losses you’ve had. That must’ve been so hard.

officially 6 weeks today ☺️

worldwidetravel2017 · 09/07/2025 07:29

Hey all

Can i join please ?

Currently very early preg

( ivf pregnancy)

And its a ' pregnancy after loss'

Everythingisokay · 09/07/2025 07:54

@worldwidetravel2017 welcome 💕I'm so glad the IVF worked for you. How are you feeling?

Re-tested and saw that is almost a dye stealer with EAH, that puts my mind at rest for now. Never got this dark with my three biochemicals, admittedly, got this dark with a MMC. I know I'm not out of the woods yet but at least biochem seems less likely now, got to celebrate every little win. 4 weeks today but crazy to think I tested positive 8 days ago for the first time.

@Bumblebee1984 our two would have to share a room for the next 3-7 years or so, until we move. I thought a 2 year gap would be better for sharing but it probably doesn't make much difference. And if we need to move earlier, then we'll just have to move earlier.
Toddler is also super active and energetic so yeah, would've not been easy with a 2 year gap. Super interested in babies though.

Congratulations to everyone on their BFPs!!

Anyone got bad sickness yet? I’m just about 6 weeks and mine started on Monday, and seems to be taking the term ‘morning’ literally - up from about 4 until 8 with it 🥲

Casper94 · 09/07/2025 10:08

Hi guys, do you mind if I join?

Just tested this morning and got a faint positive, not due on until the weekend so still early days and don't want to fully get my hopes up! Think EDD would be about the 14th March 🥰

I'm 31, have a DD who is 3 in November and me and hubby have been "not trying but not trying to prevent anything" since we got married last September!

Sending positive thoughts to everyone, sorry to hear about some of your symptoms - I've got exactly the same as my previous pregnancy which is sore boobs and tiredness so far!

ALM2207 · 09/07/2025 10:51

Hey guys please can I tentatively join? I am also in a Feb group as EDD is currently 27/02 but had an early scan yesterday and was measuring behind (although apparently all looking good) so now I reckon it's about 03/03.... We'll have to see if I catch up, although had three previous losses so not feeling too hopeful... Long awaited no2 for us we have a 2.5 year old daughter.

Everyone in the Feb group is talking about their 12 week scans this month and I am WAY behind so maybe timings fit better with you guys 😍😍 - hope everyone is feeling OK? I am EXHAUSTED 😴

Mushroo · 09/07/2025 11:47

please can I also tentatively join? due date around 20 March I think!

Very similar to @Casper94, AF due at the weekend but done a few tests and no mistaking it now! Just want to ‘officially’ have a late period before I do anything like refer to the midwife.

This is our second and our first month of ‘let’s give it a go’. Very fortunate but also terrifying!

Bumblebee1984 · 09/07/2025 14:16

welcome @Mushroo @ALM2207 @Casper94

@ALM2207 totally ok to be here. I'm currently due 4th March and might end up being earlier at dating scan and since I'm going to have an elective c-section baby will no doubt arrive end Feb. Will be very strange as both previous babies I went 10 days, then 8 days overdue

Stardust127 · 09/07/2025 15:05

How’s everyone’s symptoms? I’m 5 weeks today and up until now I’ve been sick on and off.

today, loads of symptoms just ramped up all in one go and I feel rotten! Boobs feel like they’re being jabbed with hundreds of tiny needles, I’m so so sick, head hurts and lower back pain which is like a ring going around the front, which I’m assuming is round ligament pain/stretching? This is much more intense than it was with my son and I’m struggling to keep food and juice down

SummerLover89 · 09/07/2025 15:34

@Stardust127 I was feeling the same sore boobs and needles feeling yesterday and completely exhausted last few days, barely able to keep eyes open. But today I feel totally normal and fine, loads of energy and sore boobs gone. Very confusing! Trying not to overthink it and just enjoy feeling good today. I'm 5w3d

Bumblebee1984 · 09/07/2025 15:57

I've had some days feeling pretty exhausted and definitely feeling more tired and weary in the evenings. Not really been feeling sick too much yet. Boobs definitely feeling a bit more tender and been bloated on and off. Felt really bad on Monday

ZoeOutdoors · 09/07/2025 17:19

I feel so nauseous and exhausted. Don't remember it starting this early last time!

DobryWieczor · 09/07/2025 18:43

I thought I wasn’t feeling sick. Then I vomited brushing my teeth this morning 😬

Baby26 · 09/07/2025 18:51

I don't really have any symptoms, but that's not out of the ordinary for me! Never had any with my son, other than gagging more when I brushed my teeth. Never had any with my MC either (lost baby near the end of first trimester).

Scribblespree · 09/07/2025 19:40

I’m 5 weeks and 1 day and no more symptoms than from before my missed period (on and off cramping and mildly sore nipples). But am expecting to really HIT was they hit. Booked an early scan for when I’m 6 weeks and 6 days which was £44.99 which is potentially fair cheap it seems compared to others. But then I do live up north.
Hope everyone’s doing okay today and able to stay distracted from any nagging anxieties? X

FlossiePot91 · 09/07/2025 19:45

Weirdly I felt more sick before I tested, then convinced myself it would be twins but has settled down now. 🤣
5 weeks tomorrow and my boobs have really been feeling it today. ooh that’s a good price @Scribblespreewere north too. I’m going to book for 8-9 weeks I think like we did with our first.

Redsky01 · 09/07/2025 19:54

@TheFutureIs Hello. I'm 43 and found out I was pregnant yesterday our son will be 8 even next baby comes along. Delighted to give him a sibling.

Redsky01 · 09/07/2025 19:55

TheFutureIs · 10/07/2025 07:17

Of course it’s ok to join! Sounds like you’re very similar to me, I have a nearly 9 year old and I’m 42

S21are · 10/07/2025 07:48

Congratulations. I’m exactly the same. 5 weeks due around 10th March. Second pregnancy and my daughter will be 9 in August! Experienced some cramping this week and spotting. Attended emergency gyno and bloods showed hcg of 19,000. Have a scan booked in for next week at 6 weeks. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽

worldwidetravel2017 · 10/07/2025 08:09
