My due date is the 8th Feb but my first little girl did arrive spontaneously a few days early so im thinking this baby will also want to arrive early! We will see 😊

Awww I'm 8th Feb too! I'm booked in for a section on 29th Jan though

Oh good luck with your c section I hope it all goes smoothly :) I am trying for another natural birth hopefully a water birth this time if everything works out as planned/the timing is right for it!

How are you ladies doing? Anyone given birth?
I had an emergency c-section today, totally unexpected. I went yesterday for a growth scan at 39 weeks and all fetal dimensions were out of range (big drop in percentiles). Plus, looked like I had signs of preeclampsia and baby showed a bit of distress. Was a huge shock and lots of stressful monitoring. Baby is safely out ❤️.

@GingerFox2021 congratulations on your new arrival! I hope you're both doing ok? It sounds very stressful but great that they caught it. It must have been scary.

I'm currently 40w+3d so will be having a Feb baby! She's taking her time I haven't had any labour symptoms yet.Have an appointment with the consultant tomorrow who will want to book in an induction because I'm now 40 years old. I've also got a sweep on Tuesday. Hoping I can go into labour spontaneously 🤞

I am 39 weeks today and still waiting for labour to happen! I have a growth/presentation scan booked for Wednesday to check baby's size and position is still okay for the home birth we have planned 🤞

I am feeling very uncomfortable and so ready for her to be born now!

Yes I had my c section last Thursday as planned. Had a few complications but finally feel like I'm turning a corner now
